Friendly, knowledgeable sales staff who are not too pushy. Easy purchase process which our salesman described clearly. Apologies cannot recall his name but he was excellent. Then left the store to get a phone call regards delivery and it will be delivered in two days. Great service

I am 5’ and found the base of new bed too high to be able to get in and out. I had brought IN STORE. If I had gone back home and ordered ONLINE I could have returned it and got a refund. I have now ordered and paid for a ‘shallow’ base.

We have recently bought a couple of items from here, and both times Rachael was extremely helpful, knowledgeable and above all fun to deal with, if you cannot have a laugh (or cry) when spending money - when can you!!!
The quality is spot on, but delivery times are painfully slow - although that is not the stores fault.
Go in after 4 on a Sunday - you will be the only ones in there as they are open until 5pm.

For the secondctime of visiting the shop to purchase some furniture, we were very happy with the friendly and efficient customer service given to us by Rachael.
She was very patient and amenable with us and we didn’t feel pressured into buying something we did not want or need. We are looking forward to the delivery of our new sofas, hopefully in July. Many thanks.

When we bought our sofa. The sales staff said that they would send us a colour sample. This didn’t arrive. As our sofa was modular we were surprised when the corner module didn’t fit through our lounge doorway. Our lounge door is a standard width as detailed in the building regulations. Why would a company design and sell a sofa that doesn’t fit through a standard door opening? When the delivery men discovered that the module didn’t fit they were very keen to put it back in the van and leave. When I asked them unload the remaining modules I was told that the delivery had been cancelled and a fresh delivery would have to be arranged for another day. I had to call Furniture Village and pass the phone to the delivery man to persuade him to unload our sofa. I phoned the store manager who arranged for an upholsterer to come the next day to adapt the corner module and get it into the lounge. I’m not sure why I had to pay an extra £180 for this. The top section of the back rest was connected with two threaded bars. Surely this could have been made accessible via a zip on the rear of the sofa. This would have saved a lot of hassle and expense. I’m certain that I won’t be the only person that this has happened to. Come on Furniture Village sort out your designs to avoid these issues.

Very pleased when placing the order from the manager of the Ipswich branch, phone call from Craig saying when it would be delivered. Delivery men Stuart and Ryan came, took off shoes before entering premises, very polite, explained everything and left, no mess to clear up. Thank you

Furnitur Village has a poor delivery system. I was initially informed that my delivery would arrive on Saturday. However, on Saturday morning, I received a call saying they couldn’t deliver that day and rescheduled it to Sunday.

On Sunday, I was contacted again and told that delivery was not possible due to vehicle issues, and it was moved to Tuesday. When Tuesday came, the delivery truck arrived but then left, stating they were unable to park near my house.

This constant rescheduling is very frustrating. It is also annoying to keep arranging delivery only to have it cancelled repeatedly, especially over the weekend, as we had to cancel our plans to accommodate it.

At this point, I am unsure whether I will actually receive the order I placed.
