Cathy Shaikh gave excellent customer service, talked us through the new trends, what material is fashionable and gave great insight as to how to set the lounge advising on colour schemes regarding what flooring would match the sofa and soft furnishings. I went into furniture village at White City today and was instantly greeted by David who was very helpful , nothing was too much trouble for him , he explained everything thoroughly fantastic customer service , I ended up purchasing the sofa once I got home and measured up , David was contactable straight away and within 15 minutes my sofa was ordered .

Now the countdown to my sofa 12 weeks to go thanks Furniture Village .

We bought with Dave today and what a pleasant gentleman he is he wasn’t pushy and really helped us with our decision today so much so that we had gone to the other shops nearby but came back to Funiture village and went back to speak to Dave and bought there and then so cannot wait until our delivery of our bed and tempur mattress thanks a lot Dave pleasure to have done business with you

I only called in to have a look round the bed department for a new mattress. Kam the assistant was very helpful & accommodating, I was ready to leave after 20 minutes, Kam convinced me to stay for a coffee & cookie, I eventually left over an hour later with a dinning table & 6 chairs and a Hypnos mattress for good measure.

Excellent service by Dinesh who offered detailed explanations allowing time to reflect and think about choices and options.

Absolutely amazing service from the minute we walked in and met Was. So knowledgeable about all the furniture, asked us what we were looking for and understood completely our vision.
The big thing for us was he then left us, no pressure at all .. we looked in the other 2 furniture shops and went back. Again absolutely no pressure to buy..but we did!

We came to browse and seek advice about a new sofa. We had a corner sofa in mind but after chatting with David at furniture village we changed our minds. His expertise and patience were unfounded and after lots of questions being answered and his calm nature we found the right sofa - perfect

I would much prefer to go into a store buy something pay for it bring it home , Sont like having to pay up front for everything you buy on the internet then having to go through all the trouble of ensure back I find it tedious time consuming.This has nothing to do with the assistant that served me she was very helpful

We wandered into Furniture Village Manchester having just visited another bed store around the corner, only really coming in to give us a point of comparison to another mattress.

Because of narrow stairs in our new house, we knew we could only consider mattresses which came rolled up, so I cornered the nearest sales assistant I could find and asked him to point us in the right direction.

Dinesh (aka DJ) could not have been more helpful, kind, or patient. He talked to us about our circumstances, and then walked us through the mattresses we were able to consider.

Two complimentary hot drinks later, and we’d decided on a mattress to purchase that was slightly above our price range, but worth it for comfort and longevity. DJ did not rush us, and gave us time and space to consider the purchase. He also kindly explained the mattress protector options, and gave us a little discount too.

This was our first ever mattress purchase, and we felt at ease at ever stage of the process - almost entirely thanks to DJ! A very different experience to other furniture stores, and we’re very happy with our decision.

Looking forward to receiving the mattress early next week (thanks to DJ expediting it for us!!). Thank you so much.
