We went looking for a good quality sofa bed that would be a good sofa for our new conservatory but a comfortable bed when we get a house full. We looked online and found furniture village seemed to have what we were looking for. We went to the Manchester branch and they had a few we could have chosen, but settled on one that we felt was really good. Cathy Shaikh was our sales assistant and she was exactly what we needed. No real pressure, quite incitefull with helpful advice on what to look for.
This was last week, so not expecting delivery until November. Can't wait. We also bought a matching rug which was delivered the other day.

Cathy was exceptionally helpful!! She made our decision making for our bed so much easier and our experience at furniture village productive and amazing. She’s great at her job.

From start to finish, the experience was clear, informative and enjoyable. Dinesh who helped us out with information and the order itself, was a pleasure to deal with and is a great example of Furniture Village service.

I paid £6,500 for a sofa from Furniture Village back in February, and six months later I am STILL stuck with a product that doesn’t work. Six months. £6,500. And not a single person at this company seems remotely interested in fixing it.

The team at Furniture Village, White City Retail Park have been nothing short of shocking. They ignore emails, don’t return calls, and seem to hope that if they pretend I don’t exist, the problem will magically disappear. It’s honestly the most unprofessional customer service I’ve ever dealt with.

I’ve contacted them repeatedly, including specific staff members and the response has been consistent: silence. No updates, no solutions, no accountability. Just a broken £6,500 sofa and a store full of people who couldn’t care less.

The product itself is rubbish. Faulty from the start, still faulty now, and apparently destined to remain faulty because Furniture Village simply refuses to take responsibility. For a company selling “premium” furniture, the quality is laughable.

If you’re considering buying from Furniture Village, especially the White City Retail Park branch, do yourself a favour and stay well away. Save your money, your time, and your sanity. There are plenty of retailers who actually care about their customers. Furniture Village is absolutely not one of them.

Affy was very helpful when looking for a sofa we went to many different shops finally went with furniture village due to the amazing customer service from Affy and fair prices for quality of the sofa.

We went into Furniture Village, White City on Saturday. Affy was exceptional, customer service and explanation was really good. Absolutely no pressure, just all round good service. We ended up buying a really lovely three piece suite.

Excellent excellent thought I would be out searching for ever. Saw this on place on line had everything I wanted. In and out within a hour. The sales person was very helpful and very cheerful. Drinks offered and taken haha. Highly recommended. Be back to get my little extras. Thank you so very much.

Very helpful

Just had delivery of a chair. It’s 34degrees, the paving flags are cracking. I live at the end of a cul de sac. Nearby are some terraced houses which were fully double sides with parked cars. They couldn’t get the van around a 90 degree bend to access the house so they parked on a parallel road and jumped the chair around to complete my delivery. They were cheerful despite being extremely hot. Paul and Tom I much appreciate your efforts and am thrilled with the chair. Thank you

I really do not know how to express and explain the experience we have had at Furniture Village White City branch. It was amazing from start to finish and our sales consultant Dinesh, everyone called him DJ, was amazing with great product knowledge and an eye for detail. He was excellent with his suggestions and ideas which we didn’t even know as we were buying furniture for the first time. He explained how things would work in the room and what sizes will be good for the rooms. We looked at the living room and dining room furniture and will come back for bedroom furniture as per Dinesh’s suggestion because we need to measure the wardrobe sizes that would be ideal for our bedroom. He could have easily sold us the wardrobe without our exact measurements but he didn’t push us into buying but suggested us to get the measurements. We have come across a lot of sales people who would just be interested in selling things to customers and not care about their requirements. We were actually stressed before we went to the store and didn’t know where to start. Dinesh was very patient and understanding and put us at ease straightaway as he knew we were new in the market and did not know a lot about furniture purchase. I really want to thank Furniture village and special thanks to Dinesh (DJ) for looking after us.

We ordered a wardrobe from Furniture Village in February 2026, which was delivered and assembled on 9 June. Unfortunately, we discovered several assembly and fitting problems shortly afterwards and reported them promptly. Despite repeated communications and visits, the problems remain unresolved. PB HDI previously acknowledged that the middle panel had incorrectly aligned holes and that the back panels were too short, requiring replacement parts.
The latest visit on 10 August was particularly disappointing. No effective repair was completed, and we were told that the correct materials could take up to another six weeks.

After more than five months since placing our order, my wife and I have lost confidence in both the product and the after-sales service. We chose Furniture Village because of its reputation and expected much better.

We have now made a formal complaint and sincerely hope Furniture Village will take ownership of the situation and provide a firm and prompt resolution. If the wardrobe cannot be properly repaired within a reasonable timeframe, we believe Furniture Village should arrange its return and provide an appropriate refund.
