Found what we wanted at a good price. Haven’t had it delivered yet so can’t rate that- staff very nice not too pushy and approachable- Austin was his name.

Service delivery being kept informed at all times was excellent

The service given by Daniel in the shop was terrific but we have a problem with our table. We contacted the after sales team, emailed photos as requested and heard nothing. We have called the team and told we would get a response within 48 hours but nothing has been received. We did exactly the same thing again and still nothing. We went into the shop on Friday and were told that it us all in had and we would hear within 48 hours but still nothing. It is 2 months since we started our complaint and it is not acceptable. It will put us off purchasing in Furniture Village in future. Which is a shame because the sales and delivery staff were brilliant and they will miss out through no fault of their own.

Very friendly and very helpful when choosing our sofa then even delivered the swatches to our house to look at samples before buying then picked them back up

Kiran answered my complaint about the faulty heater switch on my 2 seater sofa with swift helpful responses and understanding. He appreciated the difficulties and tried to help with each response. He has organised technical assistance and was friendly, clear and polite throughout. My only comment isn't about his handling of the fault but that there is one after waiting 13 weeks for it and in the current high temperatures not to be able to switch off the heat without disabling the rest of the sofa is very annoying and I have to wait 3 days before I hear from your technical staff and how long after before they visit?

The excellent salesman was professional, well informed and not pushy. He helped to make the process a pleasant and enjoyable one. 10/10 for quality of service. Sorry, I forgot your name.

I had ordered a table in clearance which turned out to be no longer in stock after ordering and paying
Dan the assistant was super helpful and had shown me similar products but they were more expensive.
The store manager Shaun contacted me and had sourced the original table and would honor the discounted price I had originally paid .
I was so happy that the store had gone the extra mile .
I then had a phone call to say the table had arrived ahead of schedule and as they were in my area would drop it off at no extra charge.
The delivery men were polite and gave me a brochure on aftercare n showed me the safest way to move the table without hurting my back .
I would definitely shop with furniture village again

Delivery was very poor. Took a day off work to receive delivery and only one sofa was delivered instead of 2.
Was promised a Saturday delivery to save taking another day off work and was called on the Saturday morning to say it wasn’t coming.
Arranged to go out after the cancellation and then was called back a while later to say it was now coming and had to cancel my plans…..again. Very disappointed.

A brilliant experience from start to finish. Brian acknowledged us as we entered, without being too pushy, but made us aware that he was there to assist us.

He observed us looking and when we were ready, stepped in and answered our questions with reassurance, knowledge and confidence. After some 30 mins, having fully explained our options and costs, we settled on a suite, payed the deposit and are looking forward to receiving our new suite in approximately 12 weeks time.

Awful quality and poor customer service. £1250 for a leather recliner chair and the seat is lopsided and the right arm rest is missing half its padding. Badly made. Was given the run around by their inspector who said the chair was "supposed to be like that". Was forced to do my own home repair by restuffing the seat and arm.
