Helpfull and did not pester us until we were ready to order

From the very beginning with our first visit to the Norwich branch of Furniture Village, Luke (manager) and Chris Brown (Sales) we’ve had a lovely experience. Very efficient, with sound advice and courteous treatment throughout.
Our furniture delivery ( despite us unavoidably delaying the delivery) was a seamless and again, courteous and considerate process, thanks to James and Dan from the delivery team.

Furniture village Norwich is the best, most helpful and knowledgeable sofa store that we visited over a long period.
It has to be said that only a very few other stores came across as a bit pushy, wanting to make a sale.
However Shane Burgess at the Norwich furniture village really showed that he had a genuine desire to help us obtain a sofa that was right for us. Taking time to show us all of the options without trying to 'just make a sale'. This makes a big difference to the whole experience.

Chris in beds and mattress department was excellent at helping me choose the right mattress for me. He’s was very knowledgeable and explained everything so well.
I would definitely recommend anyone who needs a new bed or mattress go see Chris, you won’t be disappointed.

Brendan was extremely helpful, his product knowledge, especially regarding beds & mattresses was exceptional and gave us confidence making our selection. We also wanted wardrobes, drawer units etc and again, Brendan found us just what we wanted. The product is all good but the professional service made the difference.

No issues with the service at the shop, the product or the delivery team when they finally arrived. Only 3 stars purely due to the informed delivery time and the actual delivery time. Received email saying delivery would be between 10:08 am - 1:08 pm, the day before, short notice but manageable. On the day of the delivery got an updated delivery time email sent at 13:54 of 2:05 pm - 2:20 pm. This came after I had called the shop to ask were my delivery was! Feel that I could have been updated earlier so I didn't wait in all day for the delivery. I appreciate that delivery times can't be exact but a 3 hour delivery slot should be achievable instead of being over 1 hour later than the estimated delivery time and time only updated after I chased up where the delivery was.

The staff were great at Norwich. Not pushy with sales and were able to answer questions and made the whole experience great.
Well done to all at the Norwich branch.

Customer service excellent. Staff member was knowledgeable about the items and was very patient. It took a couple of hours to have a good look around the store answer all our questions and decide on our purchase. We were given time without any pressure to purchase. We did however decide to give an order.

Chris was knowledgeable and helpful. He offered help and information without any pressure, which was really appreciated. We chose to go ahead and Chris' manner was a big part in that decision.

Rhian was excellent, patient and not remotely pushy. Remembered everything about us after we visited from 4 months ago. Rhian had some great recommendations about how to put our living together and I felt she was very knowledgeableThanks!

Lovely showrooms, great accessories. Know that you push your staff to promote extras ,when buying furniture, but find it very old fashioned. Wish there were more choices in colours for sofas, more vibrant.

Leather 3 piece siute consisting of x2 3 seater settee, chair and pouffe.
My wife and I placed the order at the Norwich shop, after receiving a welcoming and friendly first class customer service from Rhian.
Within a week we received confirmation of a packaged price and a delivery date. Sample piece of the leather followed enabling us prepare colour matching and refresh of our living room. To this juncture 10/10 to Furnature Village.
