Had to change one of the items of my online order. Contacted CS, Chloe was amazing, order corrected promptly and without issue. Furniture Village procduces great product.

Immediately after placing an order it hit with spam, both by text and email, asking for a review.

Don't spam me, it's cheap, tacky and annoying.

Chloe from the customer admin contact team has been very helpful in helping with a few amendments.

Also like to thank Lauren from online Sales team a true professional and fun to talk to.

Delivery charges seem hard to justify on the size of our order.

No email to keep me updated and no delivery received as yet. Don’t even have the order number. Shocking service.

I recently ordered a Mirage dining table and noticed the price had been reduced shortly afterwards. I contacted Furniture Village, and Chloe was incredibly helpful and professional in assisting me with the price adjustment. I really appreciated how quickly and smoothly everything was resolved, without needing to cancel and reorder my table.
A huge thank you to Chloe for her excellent support and for making the whole experience so easy. Her help was genuinely appreciated, and I’m now looking forward to receiving my lovely new dining table!

I recently needed to make an amendment to my Elora chair order and everyone I dealt with was extremely helpful. A huge thank you to Simeon, who was very helpful when I spoke with him on Wednesday, and especially Lauren, who I spoke with yesterday and got everything resolved for me.
Thank you also to Chloe from the Customer Contact Admin Team for promptly sending through my amended order confirmation.
I really didn’t want to cancel my order, so I’m delighted everything has been sorted. Everyone has been friendly, professional and helpful throughout, and I can now look forward to receiving my lovely new chair.

Really poor quality furniture that needs to be returned which is proving to be a very slow process with email and phone call chasing.

We have used Furniture Village for many years and are always pleased with the quality of the products, even the delivery drivers Saul & Oakley were brilliant, well done!

I ordered my chair and they over charged me and i canceled it and buy it again and this time it was good and everything gone fine

I wanted to send this mirror to my daughter for anniversary present. After having difficulties online I rang up customer services. The lady informed me that I could not use a different billing address ( I was paying for it) to the delivery address? I have never had this problem with any other company. Had to have it delivered to me and then send or take it to her myself. Lancs to Stafford.

Great service nice and quick.Friendly nice experience.

Jamil/JT and colleague arrived this morning to deliver, and assessmble 2 leather swivel chairs and footstools. They were polite, pleasant and removed their shoes, assembled the furniture effecintly and swiftly.

After a monumental mistake made by the manufacturers.
Terri has been an absolute star and sorted this out without a second thought.
Terri emailed or called when she promised and reassured us it will be sorted out to our satisfaction.
She (Terri) was a breath of fresh air

So far order placed with no hiccups in sight, and already recieved a detailed update of what stage the order is standing at. For now, cannot ask for anything else.
