In a day of pretty mixed customer service, thank you Katie for solving my problem promptly and efficiently. Sadly an item on my order was delayed by 2 months, but it was dealt with and I didn’t have to waste any time trying to get to a resolution, it was just actioned.

Had a problem with a price to day from what wa in store to online and they price matched it and refunded me the difference. No complaints

Bought 3 seater settee & 4 arm chairs all in leather all electric recliners. Booked pick up of old furniture items with Fenland Council for £40 for the lot of 5 items as opposed to £60 just for 1 settee from Furniture Village partners. Had been checking regularly for delivery date, as had been told 10 weeks. Checked 2 days after booking pickup from Council & lo & behold I now have an estimated new delivery of another month. Luckily I had given them leeway of another 2 weeks but am going to push Council pickup yet another month & hope new stuff arrives around new advised date. Not at all happy.

2 delivery attempts marked as 'no access'. Drivers did not even bother to try and ring me the second time, avoid

I shopped on line today it was very straight forward and I was able to purchase the item I had seen in the Peterborough store.

Ordered on line but had to go into store to change the colour of sofa and chair. Very helpful as I had done it within the 48 hours of ordering. Ordered 11th June and all paid for in full but still waiting for the items. Been told 27th August so do not know why it is taking so long. Bit disappointing as said delay but not said why!

Easy to find what I wanted. Good filter section. Would have liked a compare option and been able to see delivery options. I looked on Dreams and Bensons but chose FV.

Price for the wardrobe I ordered reduced prior to delivery. I contacted Furniture Village online and they were very helpful and shortly afterwards I received a confirmation email from Katie with the adjusted numbers. Very good service and pleased about the adjustment with no arguments. Thanks

I ordered the item. Went online 3 minutes later and it had been reduced by another £100! I will call tomorrow to see if they will honour the discount.

Already had the sofa...needed the chair. Went onto the app, chosr the cjsir , ordered, paid. Easy to use.

I recently ordered a new mattress via the online sales team.
I wasn’t sure what to go for but after a chat with Katya about the bed and what i was after she was full of knowledge and helped me with my decision.
