Quick, efficient and professional driver and helpers

Fantastic service. The delivery men Jeff & Liam were very polite arrived right on time, and handled my heavy boxes with great care. They placed everything safely in place. Highly recommend.

Konrad and dain were brilliant, on time and very professional.

Jeff and Jordan were polite and explained to us how the bed works when they were finished. Two very nice guys.

The delivery process was very smooth and professional right through from keeping us updated of arrival time, to installation of the furniture. We were consulted at every stage to ensure it was placed exactly where we wanted it. The 2 delivery guys, Dain and Konrad, were both very professional in there conduct and assembly of the furniture and all rubbish was taken away by them for disposal. We would have no hesitation in recommending them for doing any future deliveries.

Darren and Mani were welcoming and sufficient. They build our table and showed us how to use it. Great service would recommend !

Delivery was also nice & smooth. Konrad & Dain contacted me letting me know they were on route. They removed the packaging before bringing my items in. Very considerate to my home & extremely polite too 😃

I felt compelled to write a review as Konrad and Dain were a delight to deal with. Their friendly and professional manners were just what we needed. Their attention to detail through delivery, installation and clearing up were A1. Keep hold of these guys, they're a credit to you.

Great delivery teams!
Jamie Liam and Deon did a great job of delivering and assembling our ottoman bed today. They were polite and considerate.
Ben Jeff and Jordan did an equally good job delivering and assembling our super king automatic bed on 7/07/26.

We have just had our delivery made by Konrad and Dan who were very curtiouse and professional.
The boys did a fantastic job would highly recommend these guys to anyone looking one have a delivery.

My sofa was delivered by Konrad and Deon they were extremely polite and professional and a credit to your company they had the sofa in and put together and all rubbish taken away in next to no time even took there shoes off when there was no need to it was a 5* service by them both an absolute great all round service from furniture village from start to finish

Unfortunately our dinning table was faulty on arrival however, Jeff was honest regarding the issue and he was very knowledgeable. He explained what he thought was wrong, he called his technical colleague and he put our mind at ease. The other lads were polite and tidy, and kept us up to date with what was happening

Konrad and Deon delivered my bed today, they were excellent, kind, courteous and understanding of my mobility! I think they were the best the delivery drivers I’ve ever had, they fixed up my bed excellently, showed me all the steps to use my remote control for my bed. They took away the rubbish and did a really good job. Thank you!
