The delivery was well-communicated right from the outset. On the delivery day, Mehtab and Paddy were excellent - friendly and efficient. They put together the bed well and explained its care to me.

Excellent service from the delivery/assembly team (Hatim and Zak). Arrived promptly when they said they would and carefully took the bed to the appropriate bedroom. Built it and positioned it where we wanted it and ensured we were happy with it. Clean, polite and very efficient. Thank you both very much!

Thank you Tom & peter
For delivering my sofa very pleased with your service maid it very strate forward and simple

Neil and Ant were really polite and friendly. Arrived on time and got on with the job. They were careful about mess and set the sofa up perfectly. Thank you!

Tom and colin delivered our mattress. Swift, clean and professional. Great effort.

Mehtab & Dave were so very helpful with delivery. An asset to Furniture Village delivery team

Ant and Mehtab were very professional. Assembly was quick and stress free.

Our sofa was delivered today, exactly on time as advised, and exactly as ordered. It was great to be notified in advance of a 3 hour delivery slot and to be kept informed of progress.
Even better was the really courteous, friendly and helpful fekuvery team, Lee and Luka. Nothing was too much trouble, they were really careful and respectful of our property, and Lee took the time to run through the maintenance and Scotchguarding again, which was much appreciated.

Really good to know when delivery is due. Tom and Colin were friendly, organised and the delivery and assembly of the furniture was done in a professional manner. Area was left clear and packaging all taken away.

Andy and Lukas arrived on schedule, we're very polite and respectful, assembled settee quickly and without any fuss and offered good product advice.
Excellent customer service.

Saul & Oakley, we're very professional & clean and tidy. Both had great customer service and made the experience calm & went very smoothly 👌

All the best

Saul & Oakley very helpful, good at their job. Professional and fast assembly of our sofas

Mohsin was great and very professional.

Had my new dining table delivered and assembled by Nebeel & Aj. Great service and very cheerful and pleasant

Rimsan and Mushi were absolutely fantastic. The sales team in Southampton had not told them the sofa had to be delivered to a 2nd floor flat with no lift (despite me having paperwork from the sales person confirming this), but they graciously delivered it anyway and were really polite and friendly. I’m disappointed that Furniture Village don’t look after their delivery drivers better, but they were amazing and an asset to the company! Thank you both again for all your help, the sofa looks great!!

The delivery staff, Nabeel & AJ were considerate to my property and were professional about the assembly of the furniture.

Great service from Rimsan Mushi today, listened to what I wanted, quick and looked after my property! Thank you

Excellent, efficient and helpful team.

Nabeel and Ahsan were the most professional and considerate delivery specialists i have ever encountered. They took the time to take care of our floors and surrounding furniture while bringing in the couch and setting it up. They are super kind and friendly as well! I wish all deliveries were taken care of by people like them!
