The staff asked where I would like to put my sofa in the living room.

They nicely organised the sofas and cleared any mess they made from opening packaging.

James and Lee were very helpful and obliging demonstrating all the controls and even fluffing up the cushions.

Very friendly and accommodating. Neil and Ant arrived on time. A very organised team . Respectful of our furniture. Disposed of all packaging.

Ant & Neil delivered our new sofa & chairs. Called before they arrived, delivered and assembled everything quickly, and took all rubbish away. Friendly guys. Very smooth process. Great service 👍

We had arranged for delivery to take place on the Sunday with Jazz. (Distribution administrator). We had specifically informed her we would not be free on the Saturday. However on Friday evening we received an email to say delivery would take place on Saturday. We were not able to contact the delivery centre as it was closed on Friday evening and Saturday.
We therefore had to change our Saturday plans to accommodate the Saturday delivery.

Delivered on time, Raz & Matt were very polite and friendly. They set up our table with no problem. Really good service in our view.

Nabel & Ahsan assembled my furniture on Saturday, they had a lot of furniture to assemble, they were incredibly efficient clean and tidy wore overshoes at all times , worked hard and were very polite and friendly and nothing was to much trouble for either of them even if it was towards the end of the day .

Both Lee and Topaz provide exemplary delivery and installation. Additionally they provide advice and tips regarding the sofa care package.

All round 10/10 experience

Lee and Topaz were very proffesional, handled the couch with care and also gave us tips on what to do first to further protect it from stains. They were also very friendly 🩵

Our delivery guys Ant & Neil were amazing!!! Not only were our sofas unpacked, put together and positioned they even took all the rubbish with them. We have had new carpet laid too and they made sure every time they went in and out they took off their shoes. Thanks guys for your hard work and attention to detail. Sarah Hersey
