Very happy to help us find the perfect solution to our problem

Andy was a great help and I feel like we were supported and got a great deal

We’ve had a great experience dealing with Ash over the last couple of days. He was really friendly, helpful and knowledgeable and made choosing our new mattress, bunk beds and dinning room table and chairs so much easier. Nothing was too much trouble and he was happy to help with everything we needed. Excellent customer services from start to finish. Would definitely recommend Ash to anyone shopping at Furniture village Rugby

We will definitely recommend shopping at Furniture village Rugby !!

On visiting the furniture village store in Rugby we were greeted by a very polite and professional person in the name of Ash Khan. As we knew what we were looking for he guided us to all the products that suited our needs.we had a few laughs and jokes on the way. He then let us look around in our own time.after choosing the product we wanted he helped us through all the paperwork with ease. All in all we would recommend this store and Ash is a credit to furniture village

Dawn was really friendly and helpful today, can't wait to get our brand new bed!

Great customer service from Andy, honoured the earlier sales price, happy with the process and quick delivery.

Ash was helpful, had lots of patience which made my shopping experience very pleasant

We meet Ash , he was fantastic, wonderful knowledge about sofa beds and finances.
Thank you

Great customer service

Faulty product, customer service appalling
Still waiting for a response after 5 phone calls
And despite email being received saying they are prioritising resolution
No action whatsoever.
I called the suppliers direct who told me they have responded to furniture village but furniture village have made no contact with me to arrange replacement
£1600for two chest of drawers and bedside cabinets and the poorest customer service you could imagine
Very unhappy

I knew which item l was looking to buy before l visited your store in Rugby but even so your salesperson was very helpful and the transaction went very smoothly.

Staff (Raj) very efficient helpful & friendly

Returning customer to store. Had my eye on a sofa set that Greg had walked me through before. Measured up and looked around at other stores but the Wallace and Shackleton ranges were better quality and felt more comfortable. Great experience all around thanks to Greg's friendly approach.

Gregg was amazing. Really nice guy and friendly. Definitely will come back and ask for him again
