We bought a bed for new house
Got a very good price from Kav
Very helpful

Great experience with Dawn I knew what I wanted and Dawn provided an excellent service

We came in to look at beds, and Kav helped us find exactly what we were looking for
Great staff

Kav helped my family pick our dining table and he was very helpful
Wasn’t rushed and he answered all questions

We visited the rugby branch at Elliot’s Fields Sunday 7th at approximately 11:30 and felt like our visit was rushed. The lady assistant in our opinion was insincere. Upon entering we hadn’t even moved towards the stairs when she proceeded to pounce snd try and explain things.. unprofessional. She was only interested in ticking all the boxes in her words that covered her which she mentioned 4 times.. unnecessary
No order number was provided on the day
She also omitted to mention when we showed interest in a headboard but hesitated that if ordered with our mattress it would all be delivered on the same delivery charge.. we both missed out there!!!
We won’t be visited the Rugby branch again despite researching a sideboard also
We felt rushed and not important
