Excellent service Gary Keenan was very knowledgeable and very helpful. He showed us lots of different options and was patient helping us make a decision.

I had such an amazing experience at this store! From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with a warm and friendly atmosphere. The staff were incredibly helpful and knowledgeable.

The store itself is beautifully organized and very clean, which made browsing enjoyable.

What really stood out to me was the level of customer service. The team went above and beyond to answer my questions and give helpful recommendations without ever making me feel rushed.

Overall, this place truly exceeded my expectations. Great product great service, and a welcoming environment. I’ll definitely be coming back and recommending it to friends and family.

Rodger was so helpful and wasn't pushy at all in the slightest. He was able to design a suite that would fit into the limited space we have in our sitting room.

Everything they said was true - much different experience to the previous furniture retailer we went to so we’d be happy to shop with FV again. The showroom had more sales people than customers the day we went, but it was nice as you didn’t have to hunt for someone to help you with your questions. The sales woman we had was helpful and friendly. It felt very relaxed. A positive experience overall.

I felt really at ease in the store, a good sales team who are friendly, personable and I didn’t feel pressured or rushed to make a decision. In fact we left to have a think, and returned to purchase on the weekend. That speaks volumes and about Andrew in particular who we dealt with. And of course I’ve a lovely sofa coming that I can’t wait to share it with the family and dogs.
