Great service from the get go, in store we dealt with Phil at the Telford branch, great friendly guy who clearly know's his furniture, delivery was only 4 weeks from ordering which was impressive as the sofa we were replacing took 16 weeks, The delivery was very smooth, the guys (Rhys & Leigh) we fantastic, shoe's off although i was happy for them to leave them on, very helpful and moved my old sofa to the garage for me, set up the furniture exactly where i wanted it without even asking, took all the mess away and were very professional. Overall amazing service and I will be returning to Telford store to order my furniture in the future.

On arrival we were greeted by a very helpful and knowledgeable sales person called Tony.
He guided us through the store and products without being “pushy” or intrusive.
A perfect blend of professionalism and supportive sales technique.
The shop was well laid out, with a variety of products at different price levels.
There was easy access for all with a lift as well as stairs.
We were given two hot drinks and cookies, given time to test the products, and given detailed information without sales pressure.
This made the experience particularly relaxed and gave us time to think, talk things through and make informed decisions about our purchases.
Once we had chosen our purchases, Tony was particularly careful to go through all the details and double checked the documentation with us.

We found the perfect ottoman bed frame and Gemma was able to help us choose a mattress and organise a bundle with pillows at a slight discount. We didn't feel under any pressure but did feel very well assisted. It was easy to complete the purchase and at every step Gemma checked we were happy.

Jayne made us welcome to the Telford store - she offered tea and cookies whilst we perused the bedroom wardrobes. There was one particular wardrobe I liked which was a 2 door Fenchurch priced at £449. I asked if there could be a discount, which, after speaking to her manager, they could offer £50 off the cost. Jayne was friendly, polite and professional throughout. The only issue I had was the cost of delivery at nearly £120, but that was partially offset by the reduced price of the product, so I agreed to purchase the wardrobe.

Jayne at the Telford branch was very helpful today over 2 separate visits to help us identify the best mattress option for us. She managed to get me to try an EMMA mattress which id always said no to before but it ended up being the one that we chose!
Didn’t automatically try and sell us the most expensive one just showed us a range that met our needs requirement.
