My daughter and I visited the Telford store looking for a new chair - Jayne was very helpful and friendly, and explained all of the options to us. We were extremely happy with the service.

Tony was very informative and took good care of us.

Rhys & Leigh came to fit my TV bed, they were very efficient and quick with installation. They even fit my TV on for me during installation which they don't usually offer so that was a nice touch. Overall happy with service.

The surround sound initially wasn't working so lads if you're reading this - you had put the wires the wrong way around so once I swapped them over it all worked fine. Have an issue with USB not charging so will contact support in regards to that.

Our corner sofa was delivered this morning, yesterday we had a phone call giving us our time slot for this mornings delivery and told we would receive a follow up email, which we did, and another phone call from the delivery people to say they were a short time away. The van arrived 25 minutes after the call to say they would be 25 minutes, very efficient! Ty and Adrian were two very friendly men who were very efficient, Ty carrying the parts of the modular sofa to the door, whilst Adrian was taking them from him and putting it altogether, it didn't take them long to complete the job, they were both friendly, courteous and professional. After making sure we were happy with our purchase they left to carry on their deliveries. Thank you Ty and Adrian, nice meeting you.

Went to Furniture Village over the bank holiday weekend, and found some wonderful products. Jayne our sales assistant was fantastic. Jayne was informative, consistent, and went through everything thoroughly. We were very happy with the service we received from Jayne, and would definitely recommend her for anyone who wants a good deal! Thankyou Jayne!!!!
