Ania was absolutely fantastic throughout the whole furniture buying process. She was friendly, knowledgeable, and incredibly helpful in helping me choose the right pieces for my home. She took the time to answer all my questions, offered great advice without being pushy, and made the entire experience smooth and enjoyable. Her customer service was outstanding, and I really appreciated her patience and attention to detail. Thanks to Ania, I found exactly what I was looking for. Highly recommend!

We were served by a lady (forgot name) at Watford store and the experience was great. We went there to purchase Dining table, chairs and 3 seater recliner sofa. I love the range they have in all those categories and the lady was very polite and knowledgeable. She guided and explained us about different variations and suggested the best for us in good price.

This company have NO after sales care.
I purchased a very expensive bed and headboard, but it is almost impossible to make the bed with a fitted sheet as the mattress is so tight into the corner of the headboard (which has sides (wings) when I spoke to the care department AND the salesperson AND the store general manager, I was told that I have to pull the mattress out, then put the sheet over and then push the mattress back. The bed is 6' x 6'6" and I am 80 years old, I can just about put a regular sheet on the main part of the bed never mind pull the mattress out.
They are not interested in helping and the the GM told me I should have checked this when I bought the bed!!!!!!!!!!!, completely unacceptable, would NEVER buy from them again. Going to take them to Trading Standards.

Long overdue so apologies Ania if you see this! My partner and I were in the market for a sofa for our new home and when we went into the Watford store we were greeted by a warm welcome from Ania. She allowed time to ourselves to browse and when we had questions she was there on hand with valuable answers and suggestions. She wasn’t pushy or trying to do a “hard sell”. We came back the next day to go forward with the purchase and the process with Ania was seamless and relaxed. We can’t wait to receive our sofa and highly recommend.

I bought a new bed and mattress at the Furniture Village in Watford. Fal was the Sales Consultant, she was very helpful and informative. She understood what I wanted and made great recommendations.

Still waiting for my missing bedside cabinet, i have sent Emails asking for at the very least a reply, maybe even an apology. I was given a delivery date & they failed to show up, didn't even have the curtesy to call & let me know. I have rang customer care again today, apparently the man was on holiday, so i guess the company stops when this one man goes away. Furious with the lack of care & not having the use of the cabinet i paid for. AVOID THIS COMPANY
