Absolutely fabulous company from their clean, authentic and outstanding products to their equally excellent, warm and considerate communication.

I have just had a technical issue resolved with them. I was taken aback at the quality of communication throughout.

I would so highly recommend their products through this beautiful company.

I have been ordering from Fushi for a few months now & have items on subscription, it's so easy to amend but I forgot over the weekend & my order went through, I didn't need any of the products at this particular time so requested the order be cancelled. I had an immediate response of acknowledgement & by today the order had been cancelled & refund given. Excellent customer service x

Excellent customer service

I've tried to buy Fushi organic Rosehip oil twice.

I thought I was buying it directly however on payment it was a company called Andrewsonli and they took payment after payment all different amounts until they drained my bank account, thankfully I don't keep much money in that account and my bank immediately flagged this as fraud and declined all the payments and the money was thankfully returned to my bank account.

Today the same thing happened with a company called Heath, they'd clearly got my order because they had my email address, took the money but no order. Immediately got onto my bank when once again the transaction didn't appear on my PayPal account but the money has been taken from my bank account. I understand payments are pending however there's normally a order but not in these occasions.

Perhaps it's not Fushi's fault however I'm boycotting them with immediate effect, once bitten, but in this case twice I just don't trust who they allow to sell their stuff.

I had posted this review on their website but looks like they have chosen not to post it...

I would advise to use their products with caution.

For example, the Vitex (Agnus Chasteberry) supplement is supplied in a 320mg dose per tablet and they recommend taking 2 per day which is equivalent to 640mg per day. I later found out that the safe dose for Vitex should be maximum 100-200mg so I was taking 3x the maximum safe dose because this was recommended by Fushi.

I took this for 28 days and didn't ovulate so I decided to stop. Again, no safety precautions/instructions were provided about stopping this supplement.

On stopping the supplement, i had extremely painful breasts (and they felt a bit lumpy), shortened luteal phase and heavy blood clots in my next period. Apparently, you should never stop Vitex suddenly and you should wean off it, but again no instructions were provided about this.

I think the side effects I experienced were from taking too high a dose (as recommended by Fushi) and from coming off it suddenly.

As above, no safety instructions were provided for this supplement, and I'd assumed I could stop/start this supplement like any of the other supplements I take (eg Vitamin D, Magnesium) but Vitex severely impacts your hormones and is more like a controlled medication in my opinion.

Upon further research, i learned that Vitex can also make hormone-sensitive cancers worse which makes the lumpiness in my breasts (which now seem to have disappeared thankfully!) even more worrying..

Sadly, Fushi do little to warn you of the potential side effects of Vitex or the correct way to stop/start the supplement...

Excellent products, always high quality, delivered promptly - and really good to know how much the company cares about it's customers, and genuine cares about good health. Prompt replies to questions also. Highly recommend!

I purchased, first the smaller 30ml bottle of Rosehip Oil then the 100ml. It leaves my face feeling refreshed with a glowing texture. I use the product daily, at the end of the day, and partnered with a soap have not experienced any breakouts, something I used to get regularly. Would highly recommend their products, as they are of a small ingredient list, so you know what you’re buying.

The customer service at Fushi is excellent. Nothing is too much trouble. Thank you to Mamta who. helped me with the special delivery instructions. All the products I’ve used so far have been excellent. Just one humble request… please become exclusively vegan Fushi. There is no need and no place for animal products anymore, most especially cruel dairy. Please stop selling ghee 🙏🏼🙂💕

Fushi has become my go-to brand for skincare, as well as natural supplements that I take to fill the gaps in my vegan diet. I love the products, and the packaging is gorgeous.
Also, whenever there has been a small problem with the website, someone from the company has reached out personally to figure it out. I really appreciate this kind of customer service.

I really love the quality of their products. I've tried 5 or 6 different things now and I'm happy with them all. My favourite is the castor oil, so many uses! The glass bottles are great and I appreciate that some products are available in smaller sizes so I can try them out or use for travel. Everything arrives quickly usually within a few days. I also like the points scheme they have so I can get discounts as the products can be pricey but given their level of quality it seems reasonable. I'd highly recommend them!
