Min partner har haft problemer med en sælger derover en gang, men fik i denne anledning pengene tilbage under en time efter at han kontaktede dem og købte ved en ny forhandler. Fantastisk butik! :D

Never had a problem with them. Usually very fast and the keys always work. I have an account for about 6 years now

3 dagen geleden Steam key besteld,kreeg er 1 die het niet deed kan gebeuren.Meteen gemeld maar tot nu toe niemand thuis.Erg teleurstellend aangezien ze ''normaal'' wel goed leveren.

Nou,key is voor Bethesda launcher en nu moet ik maar via dat spelen....niet echt blij mee.

I've got some issues with a Key bought about 4 days ago, sent a ticket to the customer support, didn't get any help, posted a negative feedback and they thanks me via mail for the "positive feedback".
Hope this site Is not entirely managed by a bot.

I have an account on g2play for 5 years now. The overall experience is a good one. Never had a problem with a key until now.

Everything went smooth, but a few days ago i decided to buy a key which was EU region locked so as I live in Europe I figured that`s not a problem. Well it was! The key did not work.

No worries, I opened a ticket, I was glad that the customer support usually responds in less than 24h but this is not the case. Today will mark the 3rd day I didn`t get a response.

This upsets me a little bit, i was expending a little more professionalism from G2Play

Its okay you get your orders still but like currently not getting fast replies for a 24/7 Customer Service honestly really bad customer service tried contacting on everything and no help 2 of my orders are still on hold for a verification that is taking over 2 days

I have bought many games on g2play and never had any problems. I recommend it

Never got a broken gamekey, so far so good

Best key site out there. Bought many games from here and always ends up being cheaper than other key sites because they don't have loads of extra fees. Always get my games instantly and will continue to use this site. 5 Stars!

Buyer beware
I bought 2 codes for steam 1 for myself and another for a friend.
My code didnt work so i spoke to my friend and he told me I could use his.
I took screen shots showing the game was not installed and that the code was loaded in but was invalid.
I have waited along time after making up a ticket with them and they have only replied once saying looking into it each time. I have also got Paypal involved who are sorting it out for me.
If it looks good good to be true then it is.

G2Play is good at selling keys that don't work. If you want to get scammed definetly buy here.

edit: g2play refunded my purchase and offered a 10% discount on a new purchase. Average solution. g2play is in my opinion 100% responsible for the listings on their website. Unfortunately they don't care to verify their resellers keys , so if you buy here expect keys that are already used.

Game key invalid. Refund process is "questionable" and never appeared in my account. Never buying from here.

Only good things to say. I ordered few games from here, takes 10-15mins to get the keycode usually, sometimes longer if it's a pre-order.

When ordering remember to check games region so you don't accidentally buy wrong item!

Do Not Use. Scam artits!

I used this service to buy a code for Battlefield on Xbox. Obviously the part taking the money went through lovely. I put the code through and of course. It did not work.

I immediately raised a ticket and sent a photo of my screen saying the code was invalid. I was told this was insufficient and that I needed to get a JPEG unedited of my microsoft account.

I used my Xbox account on my phone and also showed the code was invalid. I sent this to them and of course. That wasnt good enough,

I finally remembered my log in to get onto the desktop version whereby I sent them screenshots of my subscriptions and my orders and it clearly showed I have no battlefield.

I then have received an email telling me that This wasnt sufficient they have contacted Microsoft direct who confirm the code was activated the same day. So they could not refund me.

No explanation, also highly unbelievable.

Even if the code has been used. It certainly wasnt used by me! ANd this company dont care.

Do not use. They cannot be trusted.

All games bought here were legit and had a good price. Services was also great.
