I am in the process of starting a side business of being a part-time photographer. I ordered a set of cameras from here and just as I suspected they were great. Judging from the YouTube videos is why I really decided to go this company in particular. My experience has been good and I can honestly say that I’m happy with my camera. I am about to actually go back on the site and browse for a few Lindsey’s that can be a better quality fit than the one that came with the camera.

I ordered an item in late June. I have heard nothing since that time. No shipping status and no product. Calls to customer service went to voice mail.
Clearly not a happy customer at this point. This two rating is on the way to a 1 for sure!

Most other reviews are too glorified. At least they fooled me. Placed an order, everything looked good. Two days late the order was cancelled without explanation and all attempts to contact customer service to find out why yielded nothing but complete silence. Also, make sure you understand what you're buying -- most merchandise are grey market items that will have no US warranty.

After being scammed on eBay, I found this outfit. Amazing prices!! Had to call them for some order info about my item, great phone experience! Fast payment processing and shipping out my order! Just got my camera from them and I'm EXTREMELY HAPPY!!!! I'll buy from them again!!!!

I purchase a Tamron 24-70mm 2.8 Gadget Circuit policy give you one year warranty, ( suspicious all the US dealer give only 30 days or 15 days but you can claim the manufacture warranty) So now my lens is not working and Tamron won't fix it, Gadget Circuit didn't even want to give the information where my lens serial number comes from) My advice Expende $200 dollar more and purchase whatever product you want to purchase from a US dealer, or at the end you would ending losing $800 in the trash.
Product work but at the long run is not worthy since they complete brush you off, and they clearly know that.

I purchased a Panasonic DMC-LX100 Lumix camera. It did not come with a manufacturer's warranty but I was assured that they offered the same warranty options. I also happened to purchase many accessories for this camera including memory, camera case, tripod, extra battery packs and an extra battery charger. I took a trip where I took 1,000's of photos and discovered partway through that all of the sky photos had a spot on them. It must have been an issue of dust on the mirror. After some back and forth, I returned the camera on my dime for repairs. Weeks later I received the camera. The spot was gone but there were newer, bigger problems. The aspect ratio feature (something I use constantly as an Instagrammer) no longer works and there is only one aspect ratio. Finally the focus mode remains in manual focus mode (MF) and is unable to move into macro or auto-focus modes. I do not know why it was returned to me if the repair had done more damage to the camera than they repaired. I am very frustrated with this purchase as well as the length of time it has taken to resolve this issue. I have been unable to take quality photos since May.

I ordered a camera for an upcoming trip and paid for extra shipping to get it to me on time. On the day the FedEx tracker said it should arrive, it was nowhere in sight. I logged in, and it said it was being "held" at the FedEx facility, a minimum 30 min drive with no traffic. I called FedEx--they said they don't deliver to PO boxes. OK, I said. Please change the address. They couldn't change it on their end. So I called Gadget Circuit's customer service number and explained what happened. They said: we don't authorize deliveries to PO Boxes. I said, "Well, I wish that were true, but unfortunately you did." He went back in and checked. Yep. The order went through to my PO Box. I asked him why the system hadn't prevented me from sending it there, and he simply said: "We're re-routing your package, which is something we never do." He was quite rude. A week later, the package was still at the FedEx facility and a delivery had never been attempted. I think the 2nd part was due to an error on FedEx's part (though they couldn't tell me why this had happened), but either way it wasn't going to arrive in time for my trip. I had it sent back and was reimbursed. I will not be ordering from them again. If they think rerouting a package to a new address (when their system didn't prevent it in the first place) is a big favor, I'd hate for something to actually go wrong.

I was very pleased with quick delivery of my order Nikon CoolPix P7800. The camera came brand new and works nice as I expected, So I am very happy with my decision to buy P7800. Only I discovered that warranty was from Netherlands Europe, don't know if the warranty is accepted in USA. No information about warranty situation on camera description, for this reason I rated the service 3 star. Hope that camera will work and I don't need to repair it.
The company contacted me shortly and provided with their 1 year warranty. I am pretty happy with outcome so far and change my review to 4 stars

I searched for the best price on the internet for a camera lens and Gadget Circuit was the cheapest. Ordering was very simple and I just went with standard shipping which said 7 to 14 days and could take 2 days to process the order. I ordered it on the 7th at night and it was delivered to me on the 11th. Very pleased with my whole experience and I give them 5 plus stars. They've earned my business again.
