I saw mentions of a VIP program but couldn’t find details on how to join or what it offers. Support said it’s invite-only based on play volume but wouldn’t give specifics. I’ve deposited a few hundred over time, kinda curious if I’m close or not.

I chose to have therapy with Mat following a friend's recommendation. Mat is a brilliant therapist and I highly recommend him.

I feel comfortable speaking to Mat about difficult topics. Mental health is rarely easy to talk about but Mat is skilled at creating an environment in which I feel I can be open.

When I'm confused about things (which is frequently) Mat has a way of leading me to my own answers which is really helpful. I particularly like that he doesn't hold back on sharing what he is thinking. When he does offer his own insight and advice, it's always incredibly helpful.

In only a few sessions with Mat I feel I've made significant progress with a number of issues. I look forward to continuing to work with him.

Finally, I found a platform that offers affordable therapy with highly qualified therapists. I think the fact that they offer financial aid to offer the services to who are truly in need in the Middle East and North Africa. I love the collection of therapists they have.

اتمنى لو كنت اعرفهم منذ الطفولة. ككل العراقيين،عانيت من مشاكل نفسية كثيرة منذ سن المراهقة كالتوتر والقلق والاكتئاب والوسواس القهري وكنت اتمنى الحصول على المساعدة من طبيب او جهة مختصة. معرفتي بغاية الطبية قادني للحصول على مساعدة من احد اعضاء الفريق الرائعين ،هي طبيبة ذكية ومؤهلة للتعامل مع حالتي. فضلا عن الارشادات القيمة والدعم الذي يقدمونه عبر موقعهم الالكتروني ومواقع التواصل المختلفة. كم اتمنى لو كانت غاية قريبة اكثر وموجودة داخل العراق لاستطيع الحصول على خدماتهم بشكل اكثر.بالتوفيق لكل الكادر الرائع

I had depression and anxiety problems , couldn’t find a reason to keep doing the daily tasks , I always wanted to see a specialist but this kind difficult in Iraq .
When I found about Gaia , I didn’t hesitate to enroll , their service is very helpful , A SAFE PLACE to express your feelings , the prices are not fixed ! You may pay according to your income !
It’s very helpful to let a specialist look at your problems from outside he/she may see corners which are hidden from you
