Thank you for replying with your standard copy and paste reply that you send everyone with a complaint. Nothing shouts ‘we care’ quite like an automated response.
As much as I’d like to waste more time sending a support request so you can do your usual and apologise for being eternally useless without resolving anything, I think I’d rather just spend my money elsewhere from now on. A shame as over the years I’ve spent a small fortune in Game while watching the stores gradually become worse and worse. Having read through the huge amount of complaints from customers i imagine it won’t be long before Game goes the same way as many other high street chains. I’m done with Game and will happily spend my money elsewhere from now on.

Travelled to the Guildford Ladymead store twice this week as game stores around the country have been selling a board game at a reduced price. Was told on both occasions that I must be mistaken and that it’s a web only promotion even though I showed them I’d seen it posted online by other people.
Tried again this morning, just in case, to find out that they were wrong and that they just sold the remaining 2 games at the marked down price.
As with many other reviewers on here I will never purchase a product of any sort from this joke of a company again.

Absolutely ridiculous returns!!!
Went to Guildford ladymead store and was told we cant return in store if bought online even though we have proof of purchase and the returns system online is like being stuck back in the dark ages I’ve never known such a faff!!!!!
Think they do it to put people off returning
