GAME - StratfordAvaliações 

I traded in some relatively new games and got a lot less than I paid - I find the reward scheme rather pointless as there is a fee to pay and not much chance of making much credit. I used by games regularly but Amazon is usually cheaper and delivers next day. So I probably save more using them. I do think GAME could do more to incentivise people spending money at Game. At the moment I use Amazon the more. GAME needs to come up with a better idea so that you would be silly to shop elsewhere. The rewards scheme gives very little.

Lovely service employees were lovely

There were only two tills in the shop long queues. Had to wait a while to get served.

2 of the packs seem resealed. I am a regular pokemon packs opener. According to one of the youtuber, the chest i bought has to be the factory error one which means the pull rate has to be the predicted result. But 2 of those packs seem ?resealed (in my opinion, I might be wrong, I made a video of unboxing, we can see some fishy thing). Other packs which are not on the error news are ok. 🤷‍♂️🤷‍♂️🤷‍♂️ who knows.

Always have a pleasant service in stratford Westfield branch. I come quite often with my nephew and he has a wonderful time in the shop. A bit overwhelming after school hours. Saw staff chase some kinds one time when they tried to steal something.
Otherwise, they seem to take care of their customers and give good recommendations as well.

Needs a lot more work in the online side of things very out dated. Should be able to see store stock levels online. Should be able to reserve items and pick them up in store and from the app too. But on the plus side the instore staff are great and love being able to talk about games with like minded people 👌🏾
