I took one look and released it was a scam.

You get sent fake messages which you have to pay to view, it is capitalising on people being lonely.

Just bots with a ridiculous price of service, there is no way the 5* reviews are genuine

I've been on this for a couple of months, thinking it would be good to find a geeky sort like myself. All the messages are very similar cheesy one liners. Any replies you send get a response of another stock cheesy line which just repeats.
If you look at a profile it will send them a stock cheesy introduction line that you did not choose to write, that will be met with yet further nonsensical stock responses!
There may be real people on there but I've yet to encounter any of them!

Scam site that's going to ask you for £100 then give you bots to chat to. Don't waste your time

If I could give it less than 1 star I would. It's fake to the core. You get likes and matches but no reply when you msg them. It's a scam and I advise everyone to stay away from this site it's a dead end.

£100 down , the people you " think " are messaging you arent real its a scam , do NOT put your details onto this website their customer service is appalling and the entire thing is run too make money of off lonely guys and girls...... use POF atleast theres a chance of people being real

Beware!

This company has a system where an automated service sends initial messages to profiles as if they were from the another profile. Once you interact with this, they class this as you getting your money’s worth. You then can’t get a refund or delete your profile without a massive amount of effort, even if they refuse to allow you to use your own inoffensive Facebook photos of yourself. I had the service for two days, was charged over £100, and only received one genuine message in that time (all the others were these automated ice breakers).

There was no customer service help, and when I finally got an answer they outright lied about not receiving my replies. I had to restart the process. They also asked for a screen shot of my replies, and then became really rude and patronizing to me, implying that I was not smart enough to forward the original email response (they ASKED for a screenshot, not a forwarded email).

In the end, I lost my money and had to ask five times before they agreed to delete my personal data.

Ever since joining this site, I have received ridiculous amount of spam email so I have doubts about their data security, too (although I can’t corroborate that).
