Rene and the team have been extremely helpful since the first day I reached out. He took the time to explain a lot about machines that I honestly didn’t know before, and helped me understand how each one is different and which would be the best fit for my needs. He’s been very responsive and almost always available, which made the whole process smooth. I highly recommend them. I ended up moving my community over, and as one of the biggest USA servers, we’re now with GSK and very satisfied.

I've been with GSK for 4 to 5 years now and over these years. A portion of the time, there's been semi consistent issues.

However, the past few months have absolutely killed it for me. Constant DDoS attacks, constant disconnects, constant issues all around.

I would not recommend this host if it continues the way it's going.

We’ve had a very disappointing experience with GameserverKing. The service is heavily overpriced, and we suffered constant DDoS attacks. Instead of taking responsibility, their support team blamed us—even after we provided clear Grafana logs showing otherwise. They later apologized, but still refused to offer any refund. Because of these issues, we lost a large number of players. Extremely unprofessional service — never again.

Whenever I'm in a bind they only give excuses or blame something on your end just to get out of troubleshooting the problem. It's nothing more than a money grab with low end servers that lag. I spent extra money on CPU and RAM yet it still lagged. I was with these guys for 4 years and dreaded reaching out for support expecting this kind of unprofessional behavior. I don't recommend these guys at all. I can provide picture proof of how they talk to you as well if needed.

tried there servers for a little while wasn't happy there's not enough ram and cpu output for what they charge even if you get the highest player slots you'd have to up your ddr/ram which there isn't any option for that plus you can only have smaller maps on the servers so very limited for amount of plugins, and maps so it's a thumbs down from me

From the start, the team has been top tier responsive, helpful, and genuinely invested in making sure everything is handled with care. I initially wanted to leave a review based on how well I was welcomed, but I decided to wait so I could provide a broader perspective on server performance as well.

And it paid off, the server runs flawlessly, with amazing connectivity. Nothing more to add :) everything you want in one place.

BEWARE!! I rented a couple of servers for a few months two years ago. Although I cancelled their service years ago, they have recently taken more than 60 bucks out of my bank account twice since cancelling! What a scam!

Honest - I was paying for something I didn't need to. They called it out and made it right.
Prompt - I have put in 3 tickets so far. They were answered and/or resolved within 5-10 minutes.
Kind- All support individuals have been kind an courteous.

Quality of the servers are great too. I have had 0 issues thus far. 5 Stars from me.

I started with one server years ago. Been able to grow my business over the years with GSK. Since then we added a few more servers and couldn’t be happier. Latency’s the best out there. Liability and customer service are top tier for the industry. You don’t need to believe me cuz look at the bad reviews. They’re so good they must have made the competition jealous. Don’t take my word for it. Try it for yourself and see. The boys know how to offer the best product and service out there.

Services still not delivered ... support / admins haven't responded for weeks. You pay and they ghost you for weeks.

I used Gameserverkings for 4 years and the quality has absolutely gone to the wayside. The shared hosting alone is the oldest and worst thing I've ever seen and their dedicated servers have no external access. Absolutely ridiculous. Support takes days to respond and when they do they usually blame me!

Great service. Support tickets are handled quickly and efficiently with excellent communication so even an unexperienced server admin can understand and fix the issues. Rust plugin manager and other tools worked great.

Tried cancelling my service because servers are garbage and crash constantly, but was told I could not get a refund. Stay far away. The UI leaves much to be desired also, oh and also Customer support is as helpful as sticking in the eye and a 90-year-old senator that does know where he is.

I've rented a Rust server for the second time here now. The reason I came back to Game Server Kings is because their customer service went out of their way to help me out with any issue that I ran into the first time I rented a server there. It's been two years since, but without hesitation right away I spent some time again looking up the name of this amazing host because of the good service they gave me the first time. And still, two years later, their customer support is top notch. It's almost unbelievable that their prices are also this competitive while having such a great web-interface (a frontend and TCAdmin) and a detailed knowledge base explaining a wide array of topics related to setting up and running your server.

I know I might sound like a bot, but I straight up love these guys and actually went out of my way to write a review here because it's companies like this that deserve to be put in the spotlight. I'm not affiliated with this company at all, just heaps of love, that's all.
