They discarded a return from DHL, because of a custom fee and left me $400 out of pocket.

Absolutely awful company, and customer service. Purchased shoes and they sent the wrong size. Returned via the return label they sent. Would not provide a refund. Worst customer service, terrible company don’t trust them.

I would have put no stars had it allowed me to still give a review. This company is horrible. I bought a shirt on sale and ended up being informed the day it was supposed to be delivered that the shipping and tariffs were going to be more expensive than the actual shirt cost me to begin with. I had to pay it because I needed it for an event. However, it was never delivered to me. It was delivered to another address across town. I immediately provided them with the information of the individual that reached out to me that received it and they kept telling me that I needed to reach out to them and get the package. Even though I paid for the insurance. Then when I reached out to the individual who received my package, they said it had been picked up and returned. This company then sends me to file a claim which was also a hot mess. They kept having issues with their system and then when they finally got it working (after days of going back and forth) the company wanted an ID, social, car I drove, where…. Very weird information. I am just going to lose my money which now was about $300. Will absolutely never support this company and will tell everyone to avoid.

I bought a Trudon candle and not only was it 50% off, but it shipped very fast and arrived in perfect condition. I couldn’t be happier. This was my first time ordering from Garmentory and I couldn’t be happier.

Garmentory is a great online hub for smaller brands and boutiques. Each item received has been as pictured and good quality. Shipping times have varied between vendors, but I have not had any issues with items.

I have been able to find items in my size that I couldn’t find anywhere else. The last shirt I just purchased from Garmentory was an impossible to find Gitman Vintage shirt and the price was a bargain. I have never had a problem with any of my orders.

This site is a wonderful opportunity to shop thru out the country. They have let me get the most beautiful unique items from around the world. Each shop takes great care and sends the items beautifully. It is now one of my favorite “Go To” places for a wonderful item, that is hard to locate.

Garmentory is a great website that carries high quality niched garments for a reasonable retail price or even on sale. My first purchase on Garmentory was a Double Heavyweight Tee from Wonder Looper. They delivered on time and the garment was in excellent condition. Definitely recommend this retail website.
