Je suis un énorme chad commandant souvent sur gasp pour mog one fitness lille les tanneurs mais récemment mes deux dernières commande de plus de 150€ mettent 3 SEMAINES à arriver chez moi c’est inadmissible car ils promettent une livraison en 5 jours max sachant que je commande toujours pour plus de 150€ pour être livré sans frais de port et rapidement, le pire c’est que le support était limite désagréable la fois où je les ai contacté pour avoir des nouvelles de ma commande, cependant t-shirt de mogger je ne crache pas dessus

Nice shirt at a great price
I had a good experience with this company I ordered a shirt on 01/25 got an immediate confirmation a few days later I got an email with tracking and it was delivered on 01/31 the shirt is exactly what I was looking for a soft cotton polyester blend with an athletic fit it was 19.99 and 2.99 shipping great price, I will order from them again

Don’t expect a Package
Packages are said to be shipped same day but it’s been over 3 weeks with no conformation or anything. Disappointing because I spent over $100 on my order.

Order Number 943566. They said that if we ordered before 12PM that they would ship out the same day. It's been 3 weeks and no response through email lol. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. Canceling the order now and literally never doing business with them again. I'll be sure to tell everyone in my bodybuilding community to steer clear from the deceptive advertising done by GASP.

Bought my teenage sons Christmas presents (clothing) recently but mostly ‘too small’ so need to return but nobody gets back to you. I’ve been trying for days - customer service is non-existent and my son has no presents now, I want to return for a refund. Absolute disgrace , I would give zero stars if I could 😡

Shocking customer service…they have all…
Shocking customer service…they have all of the regular ways to contact them but there is no one on the other end. I ordered items from the main site that are fulfilled by Swedish fitness but I’m wishing I hadn’t bothered now. My items didn’t turn up as promised but UPS and Gasp couldn’t care less. I have still no idea where my stuff is. I was a new customer to gasp but I will never buy another thing now.

awful customer service, no response, returns you have to pay £11 for which is insane. Still haven't heard back on an order which i simply want to size up on.

Horrible return/exchange policy
Clothes run very big. Took three business to start shipping. Your orders do not show on your online account. One of the worst return policies. Exchanges are not offered. You pay for shipping the item back on returns. I just want to exchange it. Honestly, a weird company in that regard. An online retailer should offer exchanges. We’ll see how long it takes to get my money back. Customer service took 3 days to set up return.

If you are going to buy a gasp product…
If you are going to buy a gasp product go straight to Gasp, I bought a vest from Muscle & Strength what a rip off, the size was wrong XXL 52” they sent XXL 42” when I sent it back they deducted $10 for shipping & Tax ? All they are is middle men for big companies taking a cut, so any sports goods and supplements go direct, don’t get ripped off . Trevor

Good quality should consider making XXXL for shorter people
I have tank tops, jacket and short from early 2000s and a they are still in perfect condition to this day.
Bought a T shirt, fits well and is comfortable although they could consider making a XXL for people that are 182cm since mine hangs down like a dress I only want the width of the T-shirt not the length

Gasp very bad quality
The current quality of clothes and material has fallen to a very low level. The clothes do not match the measurements. Xl is totally out of measure. Production takes place in Turkey. After first washing, the fabric loses its color and becomes smaller. Clothes zipper is okei quality, all other money thrown away. Don't buy anything from them.
