Had my hairline lowering surgery today and all I can say is WOW!

I consider myself very particular given that I, myself work within the aesthetics industry , and I can honestly say I am blown away by the results . Not only that but Dr Bran is such a warm, genuine and all round great guy, so I felt super safe in his hands ! If you are thinking about having this treatment honestly just go for it ! It was a breeze and only a matter of hours later and it has changed my life !

I had been looking for a surgeon to fix my botched lip lift for a while and luckily came across the lovely Dr Bran on instagram. I was quite sceptical at first as I felt so hopeless with the scar I had been left with by the previous surgeon and was unsure if a revision would help. My self esteem was massively affected to the point I would not go out in the day to avoid people looking at my very obvious scar. However, Dr Bran has hands of a magician, my scar is basically non existent and my confidence has rocketed. Thank you soo much Dr Bran, I owe my new confidence and happiness to you. You the bestt!

Ever felt like you dodged a bullet? Well I certainly do. I’m relieved I was able to witness at first hand, the childish, petulant behaviour of Dr Greg Bran before I entrusted him with my surgery.

The least a patient deserves from their surgeon, is an apology or explanation when they have been mistreated, or the basic minimum of respect, instead what I received was a dismissive, and prickly un-empathetic response several weeks after the incident.

This unprofessional approach and arrogant behaviour made me question if this really was the man I should trust with my procedure. Had there been any complications after surgery, I now have serious reservations whether he would in fact ‘revert to type’.

I have lived and worked in Marylebone for the last 8 years, and this is the first negative Google review I’ve ever felt compelled to write.

I had a rhinoplasty with Dr Bran. It was the best experience I could have hoped for, from the start the consultations were informative, comforting and realistic and the process communicating with the practice manager was also very easy. The surgery process wasn't scary at all, and ran so smoothly, Dr Bran made sure I was okay and happy before and after the procedure which was so lovely. While healing I experienced minimal bruising and a fast recovery. Now I have gotten my cast off I couldn't be happier with the outcome, it is the nose I've always wanted and suits my face so much more, the work is really masterful and natural looking so for anyone looking into rhinoplasty and is not sure about surgeons I would 100% recommend Dr Bran for his talent and his caring nature.

I don’t normally write reviews but Dr Bran has been so amazing it’s only right I recognise this so that others can benefit.
I had been considering hairline lowering for a while and came across Dr Bran via another well known facial plastic surgeon who I trust.
I had two consultations with Dr Bran, where I found him easy to talk to. He took the time to explain the procedure so I never felt rushed or pressured and was honest about what to expect, which I liked as it enabled me to make an informed decision rather than only hearing one side of a story.
On the day of surgery Dr Bran could see I was anxious and again made sure I understood the procedure and that I was certain I wanted to go ahead. He made me feel comforted and held my hand whilst the anaesthetist did his thing. I woke up and it just felt like I had a migraine so it was tolerable and the stitches were easy to hide, so much so my husband still doesn’t know what I have had done!!!
I am now one week in and just had my stitches out. It feels like this is the hairline I always should have had and just wish I’d have had this 20 years ago!! and my brow lift is natural, which is what I wanted. Again Dr Bran took his time taking my stitches out and made sure everything was as it should be.

So....If you are looking for someone who doesn’t make you feel rushed or pressured, is honest and cares about what he does then Dr Bran is your surgeon. Thank you GB!

Less than a year ago I didn’t know that hairline lowering surgery existed but as soon as I heard about it, I knew it was of interest and could potentially be life changing for me. However, I am not someone who would ever take cosmetic surgery lightly and I was VERY apprehensive about it! I spent many hours researching online to try and find the right surgeon before even thinking about booking an initial consultation.

When I did eventually go for my first appointment, I was very nervous, but I was instantly put at ease by Dr Bran. He is very down to earth, friendly, knowledgeable, and patient, answering all questions fully and honestly. He took time to understand exactly what kind of result I was looking for whilst ensuring this was both achievable and safe. He also provided a photo simulation which gives you an excellent idea of what you can expect.

All of the information provided prior to my procedure was very detailed and thorough, and the fantastic nurses were always more than happy to answer any questions I had (no matter how small!).

On the day of my surgery, I was very anxious/worried as this was such a huge deal for me. Dr Bran and the team were amazing though and I knew I was in safe hands. Once I had come round from the anaesthetic it wasn’t long until I was able to have my dressings removed so I could see the results.... wow! I loved my new hairline instantly and my face looked so in proportion. I’ve always been so conscious of my forehead and have hidden it behind a fringe for years. I hated simple things such as windy weather and swimming… which I’m sure a lot of people with a high hairline can relate to!

The aftercare has also been great so far, including regular check-ups.

For anyone thinking about this procedure, I really can’t recommend Dr Bran highly enough. It’s been life changing for me and I will always be grateful!

I highly recommend Dr. Bran/GBAesthetics. I had a revision rhinoplasty in December 2018. I knew from the first consultation that I was in very safe and competent hands. He listens intently and patiently, explains in terms that are easy to understand. He is fair, measured and empathetic when discussing expectations. As a detail-orientated person, I had a tonne of questions and he answered them all in detail and is very approachable if you do have questions or worries, throughout the process. I would say my surgery was relatively complicated due to previous rhinoplasties and lip lift. I got a great result that I love and am still following up on my healing.

(N.B. My rhinoplasty was a joint surgery with Dr Bran and Dr Ion which I chose and it was great for me to have two surgeons that complemented each other.)

Dr.Bran is amazing! I did a rhinoplasty in March 2019 . Very satisfied with the result so far. Loving my new nose everyday !!
He has been totally honest and very understanding of what I requested, very patient I have been e-mailing him alot and he wasn’t bothered at all.

I chose Dr Bran as my rhinoplasty surgeon because of the care and consideration he spent on understanding my wants/needs. He has proven to give fantastic results both here and abroad.

The first thing that struck me about Doctor Bran was his bedside manner – reassuring, warm and trustworthy. He took all the necessary time to explain the procedure to me, never made me feel rushed and indulged all of my questions. He gave me a photoshopped picture of the predicted results of the procedure, and explained to me in detail how long it would take to see results, the procedure itself and all of the other important points to consider. I am very happy with the results (bar a bit of fat tissue or loose skin (I can't tell!) beneath my chin that didn't go away as much as I had hoped with the added liposuction – but the result is still more or less exactly as the photoshopped pic) and feel that Dr Bran didn't overstate the final picture, he was very realistic about what he could achieve. And very skilled in doing so – the result is very natural, no one has noticed! Having a chin reduction has removed a huge insecurity of mine and I feel a lot happier for it. I would definitely recommend him.

Throughout the whole process Mr Bran and his team were fantastic! He explained things very clearly and gave me much confidence that i was in safe and professional hands. I was amazed how quick the healing process was and how much Mr Bran was able to achieve with my nose leaving a barely even viable scare. I can only say thank you so much for giving me my ''old nose'' back and today i have confidence to look people in the eye with my head held high. I had an upper lip lift six weeks ago with Dr Bran and I cannot believe the difference it has made to my face!
I absolutely love it!
Prior to surgery I always looked miserable when my face was resting because the area between the bottom of my nose to the top of my lip was so long and I had no top lip.
I'm 45 and I've had lip fillers umpteen times over the years but they weren't making me look any better, just highlighting the massive gap.
I felt really self conscious about this.
This gap had been getting longer too and apparently this is quite common as we get older. In fact the area can double in length as we age so its no wonder so many of us look long in the face in our later years!
Dr Bran lifted my lip by just over half a centimetre from under my nose in a procedure that only took 45 minutes. Forty-five minutes that have been utterly life changing. The difference is truly amazing!
I look happy now, which reflects the person I am on the inside. It's given me a new found confidence.
No one is telling me to 'cheer up' like they used to either.
Before I had the surgery my friends told me not to get it done, but I didn't listen to them.
And I'm so glad because they've all eaten their words! They also cannot believe the difference. My best friend says my lip lift makes me look younger.
I really can't thank Dr Bran enough.
Recovery has been extremely quick. I had the stitches out five days after surgery and you can't even tell where the scar is as it's neatly under my nose.
I love the natural shape of mouth and I don't have to pull any pouty faces for photos anymore.
My resting, relaxed face will do just fine!
