The service is getting worse since I joined it over two decades.
Rude people, talking fast, not listening - the excuse is that they are on the … phone!!! They never call back… slow process with lack of politeness. Is it an educational gap they have?
Not happy compared to the the 5* service I had.
I hope there will be an improvement

Fast payments but lacking support on account setup
I appreciate how quick and efficient the payments are with GC Partners that part of the service has been reliable and smooth.
However, I’ve requested multiple times to have my profile account properly set up so I don’t need to keep revising my deal memo, and this still hasn’t been resolved. It’s frustrating to repeat the same request without seeing any progress.
I really wish there was more attention given to client requests like this, as it would make the overall experience much more seamless.

My usual account manager Archie Bean who by the way always gives fantastic service but was on holiday so another gentleman had read my E Mail to him about a separate transfer he rang me I wanted extra money as I am buying a car he sorted everything for me, I transfered the money to you and everything was done within a day, I can't fault the service I receive from your company and staff well done to you all I wish I could get this kind of service from everyone.
