The jacket arrived very promptly and was exactly as described. I won't hesitate to order from Gear Zone in the future.

I ordered my item late on a Sunday afternoon and it was delivered before 10am on the following Tuesday. Item was exactly how it was described on line and at a good price point. I would definitely visit Gear Zone website again

I am extremely disappointed in the delivery I received from Gear Zone. I ordered a pair of 3/4 convertible pants in a size 16, and they sent me shorts convertible pants in a size 12. Hardly a suitable replacement if the item I ordered was not in stock.

I have returned this unwanted item and am waiting not only for a full refund for the item, but also full refund of the cost of the postage for them to send it to me and full refund of the postage for me to send it back.

I am also very disappointed that Gear Zone have so far failed to acknowledge my email.

I ordered a set of Leki Thermolite Walking Poles and my order was confirmed but having not received a delivery notification after 3 days I rang them. They informed me that there had been a delay because the only poles that they could now provide were not a matching pair (one was a slightly later model with a different logo on the shaft) and I would have to wait 2-3 weeks if I wanted two identical poles. However, I did not want to wait as I had placed this order with them because I was going on quite a big walk the following weekend. I decided to accept the non-matching poles and was given an extra 20% discount because the company felt that they had not fulfilled my order as stated. I received the poles 2 days later and I was quite happy with them as the difference in the logo design was insignificant. With the extra 20% off what was already the cheapest price on the internet, this made the poles a real bargain. I would certainly use Gear-Zone again.

They were offering exactly the product I was looking for, for a competitive price.
I ordered The North Face Genesis Jacket (Medium, Black) for my husband.
The ordering process and communication after order completion was excellent. I was also happy about Pay Pal payment option which I prefer to use for online payments.
I then received an email confirmation from DPD (Gear Zone's designated carrier) about the day and time of planned delivery which was fulfilled to the last 15 minutes.
The jacket itself is of a very good quality and hopefully will last for a long time.

I would not hesitate to use Gear Zone again and would recommend it to a potential customer.
