Was good overall but application was a bit long. Also communication between delivery guy and whoever does the ordering was lacking, as they weren’t going to take my old washer. Only after me ringing around did they take it. And I wasn’t happy it didn’t include installation as my husband was away so I had to move it from my dining room to the laundry myself.

Geddit at Bateau Bay Square are very helpful and nice, the rental process is very quick and easy, cheers guys

The customer service was good but I received my package damage

We already rent a product when we looked into renting a second item even though we have an excellent credit rating the concern was that as pensioners we may have left ourselves short of cash. We bought the tv we wanted for half the price of other big stores. Well done gedit

Very understanding company and were willing to help with all my needs.

I was absolutely amazed on how quick they processed my application.
I put my application in at 3:00 in the afternoon and by 10:00 the next morning I had a gentlemen ring me and processed straight away. By the next afternoon I had my product.

Great products, fast deliveries, the pricing is very reasonable and the staff at shellharbour stocklands were sweet as.

I would definitely recommend Geddit, it was easy and the staff member in Jesmond Blanca was so helpful. she went above and beyond customer service, helping me with my new phone and letting me use the store wifi
