Item as described. No issue with goods.
However, An issue arose with the delivery address (Google Pay issue not the shops).

Despite 2 emails (Friday evening) to the shop within minutes of the invoice highlighting the address issue, the emails were not viewed prior to dispatch (Monday evening). As a result, the purchased item was sent to the incorrect address.

The issue was compounded by the lack of a telephone number for the shop to contact and ensure the address problem was fixed.

Be mindful of shipping address as this did not display until after confirmation of order.
A process change by the business to check email before sending order would have avoided.
A telephone contact number for the business would also have helped.

Very quick delivery and always top notch products, can't recommend them enough!

Ordered 2 pop figures both came damaged. Took 4 emails and instagram to get a response to be told I would need to pay return postage. Still not resolved. Avoid at all costs, especially for funko’s as to be clear these were not damaged in transit, they were damaged before being sent out.
