My husband has bought Geezers products before and suggested i buy some boxing gloves from here as mine seemed to cause me problems.

My first session wearing them my coach called them "magic gloves" as it was my best session yet. Iv been boxing now for roughly 6 months and these gloves have definitely proved that quality matters!

Im a qualified PT and will be recommending Geezers to my clients.

Good training, comfortable and so many good things

Absolutely awful customer service.

Had issues with an aqua training bag that split after 1 month, so they claimed they could not exchange as they have known issues with them so offered there own version..

Well that was awful, made in China for starters and is made of cheap rubber.

I got the biggest size which is 18” and it’s like hitting thin air, zero resistance.

Use once now they won’t give me a refund.

Fantastic service. I emailed sales with a query. They couldn’t have been more helpful. I highly recommend Geezers.

I contacted Geezers boxing today regarding one of there products to make sure I order the right one.
Within 30 min I had an email reply directing me to the correct headguard I was after.
I was very impressed with the speedy response and politeness of the email.
I am a great fan of Geezers boxing gloves.
My first pair are still going strong after 2 years of punching.
I am getting the sparring set now as upping my game and trying out a new colour.

Been using geezers for over 15 years now..there customer service is second to none. All of the staff are knowledgeable and offer the best prices. The g boxing range is outstanding I would highly recommend geezers to anyone who is looking for boxing and fitness equipment

Amazing customer service and delivery of Nike KO 2 boots. I had aa few questions and the customer services were very responsive and acted promptly. A great company to deal with.

Bought £180 pounds worth of equipment that I did not receive. They kept fobbing me off saying DPD were at fault and I had to wait for their response which never materialized. They wouldn’t give me my money back so now have to do a charge back from the credit card company to get my money back. Left me hanging for 3 weeks and very slow to respond. Don’t waste your time and money with this company

I bought the Boxing SFF1 Sparring Gloves (14oz) the lining inside the right-hand glove became detached at the fingertip area. I would not recommend to buy a pair like these. I am very disappointed at their customer service and quality.

My older black-and-red gloves, bought nearly a decade ago at half the price are still perfectly intact. This contrast makes it clear that the SFF1 Sparring Gloves are simply not of the same quality standard and I would not recommend them to any customer.

I bought my boots on a Thursday and they came the next Monday which is brilliant did have to pay customs but was worth it because the quality of the boots where great and they came quick. Would recommend and will be buying again

I have ordered my lad some personalised shorts for his first amateur fight.
Got to say the service was great, Big thank you to Kenny for spending the time to get them just right for my lad. 😊

TLDR; Geezers customer said they'd take my gloves back if they kept chipping, then didn't want to take back gloves they didn't see as faulty but the paint and stitching was coming off within the first couple days of use, if you look at my Google review there is images to prove this.

Received pair of Halo gloves, they came with a chip, no issues as they took them back gladly and gave me a new pair. New pair started to chip after one session, got in contact with them, was told if they get worse that they will take them back again within 6 months, they did indeed get worse, I was then told they refuse to take them back and "that just happens sometimes".

Absolutely baffled at this attitude. Had to put a refund through with my bank which (obviously) was nearly instantly accepted.

You'd think a UK company would understand you can't sell something for a high impact sport that chips within the first week of using, I'd understand if I had used these gloves relentlessly for months or years but this chip was after a single hour of technical bag work and sparring. These are £100 genuine leather gloves. The stitching on the inside and on the cuff also started to come undone which was also brushed off as a none issue (once again all of this happened in the first couple of weeks having them and I only box 2-3 times a week)

I'm assuming it's an issue with the white paint as this happened twice for me in a row. Otherwise I love these gloves, very comfy, feel good, fit my hand perfectly. Shuch a shame that the customer service (which alot of other people have agreed on) lacks, I ended up calling them back and forth around 5 times and it was always "I need to see what my manager says".

If you are using this company beware, they try to overrule your consumer rights like they did mine, if they try to do the same for you please remind them you have 30 days to return goods you do not see as fit for purpose.
