Backend breakdown issues with Redeem rewards on GEOPOLL Survey Kenya

I hope this message finds you well. I am a loyal GeoPoll user based in Kenya and I am writing to bring to your attention a persistent technical issue that has been affecting my account and, from what I can gather, many other users on your platform.

Despite consistently completing surveys — most recently the Kenya Media Survey (English) on a near-daily basis — I am currently unable to redeem my accumulated balance of 1,645.1 KES (out of a lifetime total of 31,986.1 KES earned). Each time I attempt to redeem, the app either returns a network error or the redemption process fails to complete.

This appears to be a backend infrastructure issue on your end, as:

• Surveys are being delivered and credits are posting correctly to my account
• The failure occurs exclusively at the redemption stage
• Multiple other Kenyan users have reported the exact same experience

I have been patient, but this issue has persisted for an unreasonable length of time, and I believe it warrants urgent attention from your technical team.

I kindly request the following:
1. Acknowledgement of this issue and an estimated timeline for resolution
2. Assurance that my earned balance is safe and will be redeemable once the issue is fixed
3. A direct escalation to your engineering/backend team if this hasn't already been done

I genuinely enjoy participating in your surveys and would like to continue doing so with confidence that my earnings are accessible. I hope we can resolve this amicably.

How is it that I've been unable to redeem my earnings for the last 3 months?To make matters worse their customer care is not responding, seems to be out of service! It's frustrating

Have been doing Kenya media surveys for the past 2 months successfully but they have not been crediting my account why?

They are thieves as they do not pay. During the South African election. There was four surveys send via text message for money total it came to about 150 Rand each of them I completed and at the end of survey each time I was told completed correctly and then I would receive my money soon we all know how long have gone by since the election I have sent numerous messages geopol on the official website even on their Facebook page and even the head office I've contacted but not a single message was Returned to tell me why they haven't paid me out so don't waste your time they don't pay they just steal your data and and make money from you
