Its a fake website. Total scam. They just charging you money for every step. No customer care no help. Not able to deliver my case documents and now not refunding my money. TOTAL FRAUD

1.They charge your card without asking
2. After you submit your docs they ask if you want expedited service, if you don't they ignore you. They then wait for your time limit to expire then demand another 45$
3. If you email them about this they ignore you
4. if yo try to message them on their website about this they will ignore you then end the chat.
5 If you call them they wont answer
6. IF you leave a message for management or billing they wont answer and will ignore your message you left
7. If you call as a new customer they answer right away same guy
8 If you ask him for the manager extension he will give you a fake one and it will disconnect you right away.
9. GO TO YOUR BANK IF YOU ARE HAVING ISSUES and tell them the scam then report it as I have to Report fraud ftc gov

Funny there are MULTiPLE people with the same experience,, Why now you decide to reply to mine and not any other negative comment?
WTH do you have voicemail of you dont reply? How is one to chat with billing when NO ONE ANSWERS EVER . for a month I attempted to solve issues, so lets not play stupid!
We do not disconnect customers intentionally: REALLY so 5 disconnects are just a freak accident? lol

Very easy to use found every thing I need was able to download every thing effortlessly over all very easy made it so much less stressful for something that had me stressed.

This made getting my divorce very simple and straightforward. It walked me through each step and what was required. I didn't need to use a lawyer at all. This is a great option when the two people agree. I highly recommend for a quick and easy divorce!

STAY AWAY AT ALL COST!!
This people are Scammers. They charge mi credit card and the onli document I got was their no refund policy.
After paying and filing all my info, a pop up adviced me that it wold take 10 days for my documents to be ready, and asked for an exorbitant amount for expedited service, which I decided. Well... the 10 days came and went an no documents were received, however, the very next day after providing them my credit card information, my card started getting used for a bunch of fraudulen charges.
Reviewing my cc statement I also noticed an aditional unauthorized charge for an aditional "service" that I never authorized.
They also tried to charge me this month to renew my membership???
