I never have a problem with my orders. They are what I expect the quality is great the product is good they are not deceiving and the price is right. It doesn't long for the order to arrive, it is most of the time on time.

Everything I ordered was of great quality and fit perfect to size.

I ordered a blouse that was Shalaie and it was miss sizes, I couldn't even get it over my head. I've sent that back and have to wait until you get it and hopefully there will be the same one in the large size and it fits, otherwise I would have to pay extra for shipping. The manufacturers aren't following the patterns and none of the sizing is consistant. I sent a note back with the USPS pick up and asked if they could set a size Large aside, I have it in my cart but am not going to pay for the extra shipping when it was defective, if you can't get it over your head, that is defective.

If you want to contact me directly and do something to hurry this up, the shirt is on its way back, it shouldn't take 15 days for you to receive it and make a determination, the size I need might be gone by then. I'm very upset with how all this is being treated when Orchard Brands spun off you and some others and then closed some of their stores. I'm homebound after Breast Cancer and the reactions from the chemo, radiation and the immune serum. They changed that on me and refried me all over again because they continued the infusions when I was incoherent from the pre-meds and the reaction. I live in so much pain a normal person couldn't handle it, luckily I learned biofeedback years ago which helps some and I get Acupuncture but it doesn't last long enough and that is all out of pocket expenses. The government give the soldiers Acupuncture but they won't pay for it for anyone's insurance plan, its all out of pocket.
