Product doesn't look like the picture shown. Expensive but looks very cheap.

I have not received products because everything went to my billing address... I made request for my buys to come to residence to no avail. My billing address is in another town and only gets picked up monthly. I have a FINGERHUT account and my shipping address is accepted as delivery point. I hope this is something that can be addressed because I will not shop with Gettington if I can't use my primary residence as my shipping address. Because of my husband's employment background we need a separate address for billing, I have never had a problem with this until now. Not happy with this at all.

The quality is exceptional and prices are very reasonable.

I have been pleasantly surprised with the items i have received from Gettington. And the shipping is fast. I have called customer service for a small issue i had with a item i received, which was not their fault it was the manufacturer issue, but they replaced the problem immediately. I have bought quite a few things from them. The only thin i would recommend to the consumer, if you are plus sized woman, order a size larger in the tank tops. I will definitely continue to buy from them.

The shipping for 2 of my items said they would be here the 17th but ended up not getting here until the 22nd. I was so disappointed.
The “purse” I ordered (and searched) purse is more like a VERY EXPENSIVE book bag and although the design is lovely I’m really disappointed in it. It’s huge! It isn’t a purse! Why did this show up as a purse! The Fitbit got here in amazing time. The comforter set is AMAZING. The purse, which I am a purse collector and LOVER of I am so disappointed in and am seriously thinking on returning. I just got it yesterday because I was out of state and didn’t get to see it because it DIDNT arrive in time 😑

I started off purchasing clothing. While the shorts are great, the shirts are not good quality at all, and too high priced for them. The sewing was horrendous, and already unravelling after a couple of washes, and hanging to dry. Other non-clothing products were in great condition.
My only other complaint is the constant emails reminding me a payment is due by a certain date, and threats of late fees. One, it took forever for them even to post a due date (I checked daily), and two, one reminder is sufficient. I paid it a couple of days early, which I planned for in my budget. So, would appreciate less reminders and less junkmail in general.

This was delivered to the wrong address. This is not tge first time. I put in the right address on my order but then your computer program does not recognize it and changes it. Luckily there is someone new that lives there and I actually was contacted to come and pick up my package from their home.
