I was due a gift card from my Vodafone…

I was due a gift card from my Vodafone order and I didn't receive anything after 120 days. I have since contacted them multiple times and all I get is a 'your ticket has been updated' response but I do not get any more information and it has been multiple weeks since I contacted them. Not good!

I ordered the vodafone internet with…

I am amending my review to 3 stars as they have now given me the giftcard although unfortunately only when I did this review. I ordered the vodafone internet with the £150 voucher from giftcloud being one of the main reasons. It has now gone way past the 120 days and the voucher is no where to be seen. I have raised a ticket 643431 which has not been replied to in over a week despite their suggested 48 hour reply time. Very frustrating as no other method to get in contact.

Was supposed to receive a £95 gift…

Was supposed to receive a £95 gift voucher from Vodafone sign up.
Its been way over the 120 days I am required to wait for the voucher and have received nothing.
I have been emailing them multiple times over 2 weeks and haven't got a single response from them..

Bad customer services

I have made many attempts and couldnt get my gift card as signed up for Virgin media. They closed the ticket but didn't resolve issue. Really disappointing services.

Gift Card not received

Bought an iPhone 17 through carphone warehouse through a £50 gift card promotional offer in January. Waited well past the 60 day mark suggested in the confirmation email. No gift card. Created a support ticket with no reply in nearly a month. And no replies to follow up email.

So bad. Please, avoid.

Bought a Vodafone BB contract with a couple of incentives. One was a £150 gift voucher from these clowns. They send the voucher automatically within three months. They don't. Emailed them as they advised because they reply within 48 hours. They don't. Three months and two weeks later, still waiting to hear from them. Utterly pointless company. L

Vouchers sent for currys do not work

me and my partners vouchers for £50 each sent for currys do not work that's 2x vouchers. Vouchers where part of ID mobile sign up. Sent over 6 emails and no response in over 2 months. company is a joke.

Took out Vodafone broadband in November with the deal that promised a £125 gift card. Waited the 120 days as advised, no giftcard received. Emailed giftcloud 15 days ago, ticket number 641683. No response and still no giftcard. Not very happy 😕

I can only assume Giftcloud is another scam

This company is a scam.

Signed up for Sky broadband via MSE waited 120 days from installation. Haven’t received gift card and no response from helpdesk they just do not reply. Sky tell me everything is in in order and they are waiting for Giftcloud to send details to them.

Do not use a promise of a voucher to sign up to a provider - You will not get it.

£150 broadband reward

I signed up for the £150 reward with Vodafone broadband. I waited the 120 days without being sent the voucher and then contacted them. After receiving an automated reply saying they would be in touch within 48 hours I had no reply after 10 days. I sent another email about a week ago and still no reply. I see some people receive their tokens but mostly it seems to be a bit of a scam so if you're using this as a decision on which package to go for I would disregard. I wonder if Vodafone knows they're doing this?

Just like others

Like most others, the Vodafone signup voucher has not arrived (yes I have checked my spam). Ordered 16.09.25 so I’ve waited a lot more than 120 days (14.01.26 would be the 120 day mark). I’ve used giftclouds online form and had an automated response but still no gift card. I wouldn’t have signed up with Vodafone if it had not been for this offer as I calculated it into the overall price. Vodafone also negate all responsibility for the gift voucher even though they use it as a carrot for you to sign up with them.

There is no other way to contact giftcloud, and they seem to respond quicker on here than they do to any emails, hence my review which hopefully is a call to action for them. I am owed £145 in Amazon vouchers please. Ticket no 644302. Order no WEB-0001000048768545.

Update: It has been 4 days since the reply comment below and still no gift card received. Would love to know if other reviews here with this same reply has been successful?

Scam Absolutely awful customer service I…

Im starting to think some sort of a scam now, Absolutely awful customer service I have waited the 120days well past this now have all the details they will need. I emailed them almost a month ago myself ticket number (639340)no reply just automated message. so I've gone through resolver ticket number (642998) 9 days and still no reply from them again contacted through resolver after day 10 to receive yet another ticket (645815) I am waiting for my voucher signing up to Vodafone from black Friday offer last year. Very disappointing and like I said awful customer service as they don't even reply to your emails no other way to contact them either.
