It was very simple and easy to create a page and monitor the contributions coming in, as I received instant notifications via email. I had an issue opening the link for the final voucher, but as soon as I sent out an email for assistance, the issue was resolved and the support was amazing. I will be using this again and have recommended it to my colleagues. Thank you! :)

Overall very good, easy to set up, share with others. Only issue was when complete: its straightforward to print comments to share with recipient, but the qr code doesn't provide their voucher. There seemed no obvious link presented to do this ... I had to search the 'help' section to find that you had to 'purchase a flexcard with the collection'.
A colleague experienced the same. You need to make this part of the process clearer. If this were improved it would be 5/5. Thanks

Good system and no charge
Great system and supportive staff. A wide range of options for gift cards but I especially like the fact that the full amount collected goes to the recipient. Also, the ability to split collection between multiple recipients was an additional bonus. Highly recommended.

It was so easy to set up the collect pots
It was easy to set up and the whole class found it so easy to donate and leave a message. I chose to download and print the messages which was very easy. I would have given 5 but getting the donations to the recipient without a teacher direct email address was a little difficult and took quite a bit of time to sort out. Really this review should be 4.75!
