My experience is with Gillette Canada. I have their heated razor, which I love - there is no question that it’s a great razor, but customer service snd/or company policy is TERRIBLE!
The clip that releases the blade popped off and the spring mechanism fell out. I have both part, but just don’t know how to reassemble or where the spring clip goes. I called to ask for instructions on reassembling, and was told “we don’t provide/give out that information. You’ll have to buy a new unit. When I expressed concern at that answer, as the razor still functions, I was offered a 30% off coupon IF, I bought at that very moment! This coupled with the fact that I have a recurring subscription with them for blades for at least 2 years. I explained that 30% was of no consequence as their base price was well over $200 and other online vendors - in Canada - were selling for $127 and free shipping! The response was too bad, so sad! I had been placed on hold for multiple periods and the call was well over 45 minutes, without any satisfaction. I then asked for my subscription to be cancelled as well, but they could have cared less! I think that there are much better options available to us men, and I do not think Gillette Canada, cares at all about their loyal customer base! Imagine, disposing of all those components, for lack of a spring clip: that is reprehensible and irresponsible! When I told them I would be leaving a review, they also cancelled my account and I can no longer log into their system, even after requesting a password reset!

Sono capitato per caso su un loro sito dove reclamizzavano il rimborso totale del 100% di alcuni loro prodotti per la barba, rasoi,creme, etc.
A grandi lettere c'era scritto bastava acquistare uno dei prodotti elencati, registrarsi al sito, allegare fattura e si veniva rimborsati, punto. Senza nessuna precisazione.
Per sicurezza ho letto e i termini e c'è scritto che anche gli acquisti online sono validi.
Ho acquistato il rasoio gillette c king su Amazon.
Ora mi è arrivata una mail che recita: La informiamo che purtroppo la sua partecipazione all'attività in oggetto non è stata convalidata per la seguente motivazione:
Ha acquistato in un punto vendita non aderente.
Allora scrivetelo! specificando bene sulla pagina della promozione! non nei meandri di documenti che la maggior parte della gente non va a spulciare...
Comportamento per me disonesto.
Non aderite alle loro promozioni.
Taglio fano proprio schifo
Unica cosa buona perché io un salva(space), sono tutti insieme.. ma il taglio delle lame, non sono affatto buone.. La qualità non è più quello di una volta. e più di un anno con l utilizzo più. Fanno proprio schifo... ;( :(

Generelt er jeg tilfreds med Gillette men fx deres dyre GilletteLabs er virkelig ringe. Den tenderer en engangsskraber. Generelt vil jeg anbefale man køber Gillette produkter, som er nogle generationer gamle. Deres nyere produkter er ikke god kvalitet
Promozione Rimborso Venus...una farsa!
Aggiornamento: a distanza di poche ora dalla pec di reclamo, mi hanno confermato che effettueranno il rimborso. Passo da 1 stella a 3 stelle definitive.

In data 13.04.2023, mentre facevo la spesa al solito mio supermercato (Conad C.Commerciale Punta di Ferro Forlì) notavo del cartelli Gillette che sponsorizzavano una promozione sui rasoi Venus. In pratica si potevano acquistare alcuni modelli, che poi sarebbero stati rimborsati. Procedevo così all'acquisto di un modello idoneo ed inviavo tutta la documentazione. In data 27/06/2023, ricevevo comunicazione da Venus che "lo scontrino non è parlate", ergo nessun rimborso! Premetto che lo scontrino riporta tutti i dati, con spedifica "gillet venus rasoi!. E che è stato emesso dal punto vendita aderente alla promozione. Una farsa..per non dire truffa! E pensare che da 30 anni acquisto Gillette! Poco male, i discount sono pieni di rasoi ben più economici. Non è per il rimborso di 11.12 euro, ma per la presa in giro.
Gillette’s razor is a sad waste
Gillettes latest razor is a complete waste of time as are the three complaints I’ve made to Gillette as well as the latest one I’ve sent to the board of Proctor & Gamble. They say that refunds are available but that’s a lie. Gillette used to be a proud name, but all good things come to an end. There are better products on the market so do yourself a favour and shop around. I find it very sad, and from many reviews it would seem that I’m not alone.
Terrible customer service
Terrible customer service, including management. In particular Austin and Stacy.
Placed an order for a heated razor, which was cancelled three times after being called a out shipment and provided my credit card each time. This process took over three months. When I inquired who I could speak to, was told they do not have an employee list or phone number of someone I could contact.
I am a business owner and would never provide this terrible customer service.
Now, I understand why Gillette has so many terrible reviews. Just another, stay away!

Double sent and charged me for it twice. After contacting them, they said they would refund the money as soon as they received the item back. Have they ever heard of "Amazon"??
Magnet stand virker ikke - klodset design
Din nye Gilette labs har en "smart" magnet stand til skraberen. Denne virker overhovedet ikke. Design er iøvrigt utrolig klodset.
Selling broken razors, refusing refunds.
Sent me a broken electric beard trimmer. Tried to close my refund claim early then refused to refund until I returned the broken lump of plastic they sent me. They're just scamming people. Avoid at all costs.
Gillette not offering recycling option
Since buying Gillette razor blades I have been searching for ways to recycle the used blades. Although Gillette's website promises that they do this via a scheme they run with Terracycle, after entering my details and months of retrying I have still not received a recycling pack. The Gillette website now says they have paused taking requests for recycling packs. In this day and age, it is unacceptable for a company to provide a disposable product without providing recycling. I won't be buying any more products from Gillette until they make it as easy to recycle their product as they make it to buy it. We must all take a stance against irresponsible companies...otherwise, what incentive is there for them to act responsibly?

Gilette fusion 5 blades are dull after 1 shave. The quality is very very very poor. Bought packages 45.00 half the blades are worse the disposible bladed. VERY SAD QUAITY.. Its like there isno quality control.

Dangerous and poor design of many of the standard heads
Rear of razor on many of their designs contains another bladed edge for no apparent reason, ngl I've just cut off a nice chunk of skin on it. Would appreciate if they were designed a little less shoddy in future.
Pure and total crap
Pure and total crap. I’ve got the Very Overpriced Venus razor atm - the replacement heads are like, £12? For 3?????? 💀 (a total disgusting rip off in itself) thinking, ah it’s so expensive I bet it will work pretty well - nope, not the case.
It took my about ten minutes to shave my legs this morning with those pitiful pieces of trash razors because the weird cushiony goo stuff that is supposed to be what, softening or whatever, literally gets in the WAY of the razor. So imagine you’re trying to shave your legs but you’re literally just rubbing goo all over them. So now, after trying super hard to actually shave them by pressing down (doesn’t seem very user friendly huh you f&3&3£; fools who I assume are all gammon faced sexist old pig men) I’m left with stubbly legs - not what I paid like circa £20 for. I can totally see how people are just being like nah, f;£382 society I’m gunna be hairy. I would rather be hairy than give money to some rag faced old ball bags enveloped in white male privilege so they can chase after women young enough to be their grand daughters and take them in their private jets or whatever. F888 you Gillette.
