100% SCAM 100% ordered 03/09/26 Never received package... no way of getting ahold of anyone... not by phone not by email ...
So upsetting!!!!

Wonder why one of my credit cards never goes through when I try to pay. I used another credit card, which worked. I should have noticed when the first card didn't go through. So this website is a scam. How can the website still exist with all the reviews confirming that the company is a ghost company?

They send they dilivered my order, but never received my order. the tracking is a wrong number .

SCAM WEBSITE. NEVER RECEIVED MY WEDDING DRESS. Once reported to my bank card for investigation the 17Track tracking number completely disappeared. Took matters further to contact all the USA based shipping companies with nothing to show for my efforts.

Under zero. I am looking for the head scammmmmer(s) of this pitiful organization to wring the effin necks... Disgusting for how they gank and lie to people..

This is a scam. It is not a real company. They buy time with false statements like, your product is on the way, be patient, we suffered a loss, shipping fee, etc,etc. They just want your money. Do not buy a sh...from this fraudulent company. I am waiting for over 2 months.

I ordered some dress from this place and I have now be waiting 28 day for them... I keep emailing the place but they keep telling me that the stuff are I. Transit but here is the this it says on the tracking that it is out for delivery in Plymouth and I live in Plymouth so it can't be in transit... I have ADHD and autism plus depression so I am a bit fed up with it now...

I strongly advise against buying from this shop. My experience was extremely disappointing and feels like a complete fraud. The website looks legitimate, but after placing my order, I never received my items, and all attempts to contact customer service were ignored. Payment was taken immediately, but there is no refund or any way to resolve the issue. This shop is dishonest and untrustworthy. Avoid it at all costs!

Absolutely a scam. I paid for product and shipping. Tracking never worked. I never got my order. When I reached out to customer service they kept saying they were the ones that covered the cost of the product and shipping and offered me a 10% refund. Every time I messaged them to get a full refund they kept upping the % but never a full refund and never actually processed a partial refund either. SCAM.

Ordered a Halloween costume and it never arrived. Giseabel sent me a tracking number that said it arrived, but it wasn't a Fedex tracking number, which is how they sent they sent it. I have emailed them numerous times that the tracking number doesn't work and they keep saying sorry, as your neighbors or post office. Total Scam - do not buy from this company.

I placed an order, but the package never arrived. The store did not provide clear shipping information, and I never received any updates. Very disappointed with the service. I do not recommend this website.

Not a legit company scammers I order almost $50 and is being over 2 months they say they ship my order is a lie I have proof emails they go back and forth and my last email they say Hello, Sir/Madam， I'm sorry that you didn't find your package. Since we have provided shipping services, if you cannot provide proof of loss, we can only give you a partial refund. I hope you can understand. Usually scammers say this Sir:Madam. Don’t buy in Giseabel.com is false and fake online company.

Company is total Scam
Ordered dumbbell set, it never arrived used a false tracking number that showed it was delivered but never showed up. I requested proof of delivery as my apt building has a concierge they have to go thru, there reply was they didnt pay for proof of delivery so couldn’t provide anything. Two emails later they stated they had proof of signature, asked to have it provided, nothing was presented. Next they said post office delivered it, I spoke with USPS they did not handle it. Then they claimed it was Fedex which again was denied by Fedex themselves.

They just play the email game with no refund. Worst customer service. Do not buy from this company they are not legitimate.

Very much a scam. The prices are too good to be true, the items never arrived but they use used or fake tracking numbers to show that the delivery was made when it wasn't. Thankfully I am not out that much but it's still my hard earned money. I was really hoping to get that witch dress for my photo shoot I have coming up with my family. Now that this happened, I am going to have to cancel the whole thing cause I have nothing even remotely close to something like it. I should have known better to start with given how fantastic the items were vs the price. I just don't get that lucky. 😭

I purchased 2 x rotating bookcases. I have NEVER received my Order. I contacted Giseabel and they said it's delivered!! someone is always home. They told me to go to my local postal service, which I did.. tracking identity is a scam..the whole company is a scam .. disgraceful to rip people off who work hard for their income..absolutely disgusting behaviour.
DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM GISEABEL!!!!!

I ordered several planters late April 2025. May 22, 2025, website showed product out for delivery. May 28, 2025, I still had not received anything so I emailed customer service and was informed product was delivered and the website updated showing delivered on May 23, 2025. When I questioned this, I was told to "check with the post office or the community. " Mind you, I was informed previously that FedEx would be delivering the product. I contacted FedEx with the tracking number provided by giseabel and that number was invalid and giseabel could not/would not provide a valid number. After multiple requests, I was given a 10% refund which is ridiculous. Not sure if they even had the product to begin with.

Well I still haven't received my order or any kind of confirmation of delivery is been over a month since I ordered there's no contact number or any one to talk to about the issue I'm starting to think is a scam

This company is a out of the country scam. Once you put a order in you will never receive it. I paid $90.00 for products I never received back in March and I used the tracking number. It states it was delivered. Someone is always home at my house. So they can't use any excuse.
I don't recommend you purchasing from this company.
