Easy, straightforward way to trade in an old phone. Simple free process to return phone and was also given the exact price they quoted within 3 days. First time I have used this company and would definitely use them again.

Really good company and the best price I could have gotten for the phone considering its condition. However one piece of advice for the team, please make your terms clearer when checking out, I picked a broken phone at checkout and the quoted price was lowered as the display was not working. Having spoken with a staff member I was advised it goes under screen burn-in/pixel faults but that is not clear when you are checking out!

Amazing company! Very easy process. Fill in details online, take package to post office and print freepost label. Sent my broken Samsung and money arrived on the day of delivery and the amount received was the maximum they had quoted me. Very pleased!
