The service was extremely quick and the staff was knowledgeable and helpful! I filed a claim with insurance on a Friday afternoon and received a call from GOA within 15 minutes to schedule the repair for the following week. The work was excellent! I highly recommend!!

Jennifer was my representative who contacted me through my insurance and set the appointment up. It was like I was talking to a family member while scheduling with Jennifer and when Adam got here to fix the windshield. I will HIGHLY recommend Glass America to anyone I know who might need any glass services.

They never advised of cancellation of my first appointment, which is rude. Then they directed installer to another part of town when I believe I was approximately 6 minutes away from Elma location.

I actually felt bad for Nick. He went right to work and didn’t even miss a beat.

Even after rescheduling the service and expert was great, only downside it seems the window still doesn’t go all the way down and there may be glass still inside the door?

Mike called ahead to let me know when he was coming, and showed up on time. He stated it would take about an hour and finished 15 minutes late but that was sue to the extra wide band of sealant from the previous install.

Call the insurance company and said we have a Crack in our windshield. They reported it and we had a call from Glass America in less than 10 minutes to make an appointment the next morning. The people at the shop was very polite and professional.
