Brilliant service at a very competitive price. I spent ages researching for self levelling and rear air suspension systems. I met David at the Motorhomes show at the NEC who answered all my questions and explained the fitting process.
As I live a long way from their premises they allowed me to stay the night outside in my motorhome on free electric hook up. After a welcome coffee Carl dropped me off in Liverpool docks area and arranged to collect me later all at no cost. The installation was very professionally done and I was given a clear and full briefing how to operate. The ride of my MH has significant improved and the stress free self levelling in 90 seconds is brilliant.

Great service, efficient and I would say goes ‘the extra mile’ to ensure customer satisfaction. Very confident that we’ll get years of use from the product. Would highly recommend this company.

Great service from beginning to end. Air suspension is great, aftercare great! On the day of fitting we were well looked after, being taken into town and collected when our van was ready. The guys are awesome! Recommend them to anyone who wants a good product and great service,

Went to Glide-rite following fantastic recommendations. As with all the other feedback the service was exceptional. Very friendly and you could see from the staff interaction that it’s a great place to work. I had rear air suspension to my new motorhome and it’s an absolute game changer, the ride is way better and obviously there is the benefit of raising the rear overhang on those steep ferries. The courtesy car was a lovely touch as we just nipped into Liverpool One for the day. Would highly recommend.

Fantastic service from Glide-rite, we stayed over the night before in the carpark with free electrical hook up. The motorhome was booked in for rear air suspension and uprated front springs fitting which was all completed within the day, we had the use on a lovely clean and fully fueled courtesy car for the day. The guys go above and beyond in supplying a great product and service, even replacing the handbrake switch which was broken and had never worked. I would highly recommend these guys. Thanks once again.

Had levellers fitted to my van, worked from their offices whilst the install was being carried out. You couldnt meet a nicer bunch.
Took the time to explain everything in detail, and the install far exceeded my expectations.

Extremely friendly and knowledgeable about their products. Air suspension and self levelling fitted in 2 days. A courtesy car was offered during the works too. Very thorough discussions about the installation were provided before they started and detailed training in the use offered on completion. Very happy with the installation and after sales service - we had a minor issue which was very rapidly resolved whilst we were away on a holiday! Would gladly use again, and recommend to others.

Firstly glide rite 10/10
Campervan/motorhome are very expensive so I did my homework stayed at the glide rite premises night before just to bet the morning traffic.the next day the fiat ducato booked in for rear air suspension I was then offered a courtesy as the fit make take up to 4 hours. Or you may wait in the waiting room tea /coffee etc...job done rear air suspension fitted clean/very tidy and well fitted control panel. Drove back home about 40 miles what a difference absolutely a better ride/drive. The new ducato van I purchased from the deal was not fit for purpose the leaf spring were straight/arching the wrong way.
With no PRESSURE glide rite really did up the BAR.

First class service from initial contact to completion. Gliderite allowed us to stay overnight ready for a early start to install the HPC hydraulic leveling system . Dropping us off in Liverpool and collecting us. Demonstrated the system and issued comprehensive documentation. I would recommend. Gliderite if you want a professional installation.

We had the HPC hydraulic system installed on our Apache 700 recently and what a game changer. Just park up and press a button and you are level fantastic.
Can’t say enough about the Glide Rite team. From first contact to final install it was a fantastic service. Arrived at the workshop the day before, stayed overnight and in the morning discussed The installation and the location of the equipment. Carl then dropped Us of at the ferry terminal and a 5 min crossing into Liverpool and them picked us up agin. They did ask if we wanted the courtesy car but found it easier to take the ferry.
Again thank you to the team for an fantastic service would highly recommend Glide Rite and there customer service is fantastic.

After searching around for semi air suspension due to us wanting some lift on the rear of our motorhome (due to it having a long, low overhang and would bottom out at times), we were unsure whether it would be worth installing, we spoke to a number of companies but were not convinced it would achieve what we wanted. We didn't realise Glide Rite were on our doorstep, the whole process was explained to us in detail and they assured us it would be beneficial. I was sceptical but have to say what a fantastic job, we are so pleased with the outcome and it has taken the worry away for boarding ferries etc. The team at Glide Rite were professional, knowledgeable and completed the job in around 4 hrs. On collection they did a brilliant handover, the ride is so much smoother now and less noisy. I would definitely recommend this company

I had semi air suspension fitted to our motorhome in January. Absolutely fantastic great team. Dave was so helpful. Nothing was too much trouble.
Five star definitely would return to have other work done. Wouldn’t go anywhere else.

Fantastic company A*****. What a joy & relief to use this company, from the minute I emailed them to receiving delivery of the part was less than 24hrs. I had purchased an ex-motability vehicle, with air suspension connected to the ramp which wasn't working, I'd been in contacted with a lot of garages, companies etc for assistance, none of which were helpful. Anyway within 5minutes of my initial email David Cunningham responded, within 4hrs the part had been ordered, paid for & shipment details provided. It arrived the following morning & I was back on the road the same day. I can't thank David & GlideRite enough for all their assistance.

As a break from sun, sea and sangria, I want to give a big shout out to @glideriteltd in Liverpool.
You’ll probably be remember we visited them just before we left for Spain. This has therefore been a baptism of fire for the semi air suspension system Carl and his team fitted to our van 🚐
We are a 5500kg Sprinter chassis with a factory raised back end so there was a bit of extra work involved. We didn’t opt for the in cab control system, for what we do I wanted it simple.
We travel pretty much fully loaded so the most important thing was reduce roll and bounce as well as to give us the extra lift capability for uneven ground.
The triple bags do all of this brilliantly most notably the massive improvement to ride and handling on uneven, twisting roads. It’s been a pure joy. Thanks again to Carl and his technicians for a great job. Liverpool may be a way to go but they came highly recommended and I now know why.

Highly recommend. A great service from start to finish. I had semi air suspension fitted to my Crafter conversion and the helpful, friendly and extremely professional service was exceptional. I dropped my van off in the morning and was offered a courtesy car for the day or a lift into the city centre. I used the courtesy car, which was an unexpected but very much appreciated bonus. Carl explained everything thoroughly when I picked up, going through the practical side in my van and the paperwork too. I can’t thank the team enough - great job! Their professionalism far out shone those of larger companies I have used for other jobs.

Our initial contact was at the NEC where we were able to discuss at length the merits of fitting HPC levelling & MAD semi air suspension to our Carthago Chic C-Line motorhome (4.5T on an AL-KO chassis). We chose Glide Rite after comparing their reviews with a similar company. They responded quickly to emails and were also available by phone. The whole process went extremely smoothly. Alan, the technician, went to great lengths to explain everything that he was doing and why. All vans are different but Alan identified the best place to fit the levelling pump (requiring a space of approx. 22x36x32cm) in our frontmost underfloor hatch where it fits out of the way & very neatly.
Both the levelling and the semi air suspension are really easy to operate. We love the fact that the levelling can be operated from the app on our phones, but there is also a small touch-screen fitted just inside the hab door. The semi air suspension has a small LED display & switches very neatly attached to the dashboard to the right of the steering wheel. We took great delight in operating both systems from the driver’s seat (using the phone app for the levelling).
We chose to drop the van off the day before and stay in a local hotel for a couple of nights from where we easily visited Liverpool (one stop on the train) and enjoyed a good walk around & dinner at one of its many eateries (‘So Tapas’ - excellent quality & price) - and we had use of Glide Rite’s courtesy car which came in very handy for our shopping trip to Cheshire Oaks Outlet Village! We also chose to stay at the local CAMC campsite for two nights after the work was done (which entitled us to 20% off the bill at the very close-by restaurant ‘Ego’ - excellent menu) which made the whole trip into a holiday break!
