Vend des autorisations de voyages pour le Kenya soi-disant urgentes pour USD 253. Le prix normal est de USD 35. Non seulement ne peuvent-ils pas obtenir ce document en urgence, mais ils ne peuvent pas l'obtenir tout court. L'immigration kenyane refuse de travailler avec eux. Après avoir annulé notre demande, effectuée dans l'urgence et la précipitation, ils ont accusé réception de notre annulation, puis encaissé USD 253, sans rien en échange. Lorsque nous avons demandé le remboursement, ils ont fait pression pour laisser la somme sur leur site comme crédit à utiliser dans l'avenir. Ne voyant aucun avenir avec des profiteurs aussi honteux, nous avons insisté pour le remboursement pur et simple qui a finalement eu lieu. Fuyez !! - In their response below they suggest it was not them. I hereby confirm: it was them, Global Visa Corp. I have their emails.

Visa Service was fast, communication not so good.
Saturday afternoon I go to check in for my flight to India which is on Monday Morning and I realize I need a Visa. I looked at a few options and GVC advertised the fastest service. I received my Visa Monday morning just too late to make my flight, but still faster than I expected due to the weekend. My only issues with the service is the communication which is advertised as available 24/7 - which it is not. I called the contact center and no answer, just rang out. I pinged the chat and no answer. I sent an email and got an email response a few hours later. I had some basic questions that if answered would have helped my planning. That all said, I have my Visa and will only be 1 day late for my trip

Total Shame
This company is not truthful, they are a shame and do not live up to their advertising - "money back if declined" I made a mistake by giving them payment then realised that it was not what I was wanting. They claim "money back if declined" what about "money back if we do not need to apply for a visa", plus they charges a service fee that was three times the amount of the Visa I inquired about. They claim to offer 24/7 support which is not true. They wanted to give me a credit and claim to be a travel agent as well but could not offer anything in Singapore or India that I could spend my credit on.

This organization is total wastage
This organization is total wastage of time , they claimed and charge fee for within three.... But even they are not giving reply properly by email or chat . They are irresponsible and inexperienced management. After passing 15 days they are saying the visa rejected with no reason declare and no supporting documents attached . I am feeling such a fool to me that I chose them . Bloody scrape

Very empathetic team, went extra mile for my situation.
I had a great experience. I needed an urgent eVisa as my Mother had passed away all-of-a -sudden in India and I had to be there for the final rites. Global Visa team were empathetic and processed my application within no time despite my request coming to them on Friday/Saturday.
