nothing glossy about this site absolutely Horrific
Everything was going fine until I made a sizable withdrawal, after this my gaming experience changed with bonuses almost impossible to achieve. When bonuses were given returns were a fraction of previous bonuses. Played £500 @ £1 a spin to achieve a bonus once, bonus return was £25. Contacted advisors to be cut off three times when writing my complaint, requested my account activity to raise an official complaint regarding the horrific gameplay by way of freedom of information request which has been ignored. Absolutely shocking customer service, horrific gameplay as the site intends to recoup all losses and more despite claims of an independent regulator as the rigged gameplay is evident from play history.

Have to lose your cash to use your bonus'
Live chat were helpful, but it didn't matter due to the company. I signed up using a code in order to receive 200 free spins and a bingo bonus which was 2X my original deposit. Upon completion of the 200 free spins, I had accrued a decent amount which I presumed would just be subject to typical rollover rules (stake x30 times etc). However, in order to use your casino or bingo bonus, you are expected to lose any cash in your account. I checked this with live chat a couple of times, and was told that in order to activate your bonus your cash must be £0, even if you have won money using your cash.. In addition, if you were to withdraw your cash to make your balance £0, you would forfeit any bonus, which is what I ended up doing to avoid having to lose the cash I'd won. Doesn't seem ethical, and would avoid at all costs.
