SCAM! Paid 38$ for a game console plus $9 for shipping and insurance. They gave me a 'fake' tracking number (Italy was right, but instead of Milan product was 'delivered' to Rome. I am pretty sure that nothing has been sent ). Then I found out that I wasn't the only one with 'wrong shipping'. Wrote to yita(at)autumce.com to let them know what I thought of them. BEWARE!

Definitely a scam site. Ordered a small gaming handheld item for son. After 28 days of notifying them they had given me the wrong tracking number and the company saying I have received it, a little help from AusPost proved it went to a different name and address. Company has since not replied to emails

Saw a Facebook add for a mini Retro handheld for £20. No tracking number I emailed them and was told to be patient.Not looking good my bank can't refund me yet until I give them chance to deliver. Which they won't.

Oh my God do not buy from this merchant or in other words, scammer! Failed to provide realistic tracking information when you contact them they fob you off telling me to go. Speak to Royal mail when customer services cannot even provide you with the delivery address of your order, they are just a useless save yourself your money don’t buy from the scammers fakers hackers maybe what a complete joke of a company

I ordered from this website a beach wagon with an umbrella. I have not had any communication and cannot find an email address for this purchase.

SCAM!!!!!!! DON'T BUY IN THIS SITE! This is a well orchestrated scam. They provide you a real tracking number, a customer service with generic responses but you will never get your product and your money will be gone. When the item arrived at customs the name, address, price and product were all wrong. I even paid for customs fee. Total crap... Chinese thieves!!!

It's a SCAM! I ordered a game console and it went to the wrong address. I called a credit card company to get my money back. Don't order anything from this skeptical website. Lesson learned.

The pics are pulled from Amazon, as are the reviews. The customer service does communicate but it pretty much seems as pregenerated answers as they dodge any questions and just tell you they will have your order ready soon. The shop itself gives a fake tracking number (they gave me tracking number for a parcel for completely different person, doxxing the poor dude).

Whatever you see there, do some Googling and you can actually buy it online from actual vendors, although the price will be higher, you will at least receive your product. This is just a classic Chinese scam, do not trust, do not buy, avoid.

Simply adding another to the pile. Same tactics, one tracking number to hundreds of people, no legit delivery. No response beyond generic emails to enquires. Australia Post have had heaps of enquires on the same tracking number. Bank was able to refund money, but unfortunately the scammers will have gotten paid too.
Only time I’ve not checked the website out beforehand. Oops.

Scammed, just like everyone else on here--this place will steal your money.

I only ordered a hand-held emulator device and waited the 14 days. Delivery tracking number said one state, I live in another.

Customer service says to check with post office and will not offer refund.

I wish I would have read the other reviews on here before placing an order. I was able to get a credit from my credit card company.

Stay clear of these crooks.

Scam. They take your money and won't give you a tracking number unless you ask. They will then give you a generic "fake" tracking number that will "deliver" in 14 days but not to your address. This is just enough time for your purchase to clear your bank. At that point you can get your money back, but they already have your money too. The bank just takes an insurance loss

THIS IS A F____ING SCAM DO NOT BUY!

They do not reply nor send the package. For those that are reading this review, do the same as I did. Contact your bank and file for a chargeback. For every Chargeback they get, they pay 6 to 10 dollars on top of the products price and you'll get the refund.

Scam, says delivered but nothing here, same as everyone else. They send 1 item out and the same tracking to 100 people.
