Customer service was really helpful, once they knew what I wanted it for, they were not pushy for me to take out more insurance, which I really like, and completed the transaction with effiently and smartly

Nick L was a person very easy to deal with and discuss the policy a very friendly and positive person and I would like to thank him for all his help. Top guy, but unfortunately after reading the policy your cover and COSTS are beyond what I can get with alternative Insurers so I am cancelling my policy and cancelling ongoing payments but thank you for your offer . Zorafromsidney, was amazing he was patient, he was kind and very clear in everything he was explaining to me, he also double checked to ensure I understood correctly and going through all the terminal illness's was a breeze with a couple of queries in wanting to know a tad more overall the experience was like no other that I can recall or ever experienced right down to payments I take my invisible hat to him and thank you .

Hey my name is Stevie, I'm pretty sure I spoke with Alex (I'm so sorry if I got this wrong bro), what an excellent employee you have right there! His punctuality, his manners, his knowledge of what he is selling.....all impeccable! What I hope for this young man, I hope he gets paid an extra $35 per hour! This might sound like a lot to whoever does wages but I'm telling you, when you pay your employees what they are worth, not only are you doing what is right, you are boosting the morale of your employees, you will see less sick days, good energy & an all round happiness amongst the most important people to Golden Insurance. I ask that someone does the right thing, especially with Alex, he's a top bloke & I can't help but think a young man around the same age as my son is probably living pay cheque to pay cheque all the while his bosses live the high life, the heaters are on all day, the fridge & cupboards are full, the car has a full tank of gas.....the list goes on & you people at the top need to look at young people like Alex & genuinely want him to advance, i want Alex to be able to buy a house.
I pray for Alex to get a $35 per hour pay rise, he is worth it!

Golden Insurance feedback: I am most impressed by the manner in which I was informed about the policy, what it entailed and the patience the advisor Rick showed during our discussions, carefully going through the relevant questions as per the policy.
His kind manner and friendly voice made this a very pleasant telephonic communication as well as being prompt in calling me again today as per our appointment this morning.
