I found the signing up process some…
I found the signing up process some what confusing, a Golf playing colleague forwarded me a link, so he would gain a reward, this link sent me around various loops, probably of my own making, after 2nd or 3rd attempt eventually managed to procure the insurance, my Golf mates details were entered at some point but was not visible when I purchased, he also informs me he has had no notifications to his account, hopefully my signing up problems included his details.

I did not auto renew and I cancelled as well when I saw amount pending on my bank statement.i was assured that it would be cancelled but you have taken payment from me, I am a pensioner and need this money as I explained to your agent, rubbish customer service and I want my money back NOW
