Very poor customer service . Would not refund in a timely manner despite accepting liability for incorrect address . Avoid !

Great customer service. I ordered a golf top online and immediately realised I had ordered the wrong size. I telephoned their customer service number and a very helpful member of staff altered the size on the order then and there. Two days later the top arrived in the correct size. This is my third purchase from Golf Garb. Previous returns I have made have been refunded. This is a real company with real people who offer great service.

Excellent service. Ordered golf boots which were too tight, sent them back in exchange for a larger size and I had my new boots within a week of ordering the 1st pair. Would highly recommend this company.

I've used this company before and always had good service but this time they surpassed themselves. I ordered on Thursday and received the parcel on Saturday. I ordered a couple of polo shirts and they fit perfectly, are a good make so I'm delighted. I like the website and find it easy to navigate. Will definitely be looking here first when I next need golf clothes.

Dishonest business. They sell previous year's (or even older) as a current model. They have current model pictures on website, but sent me previous model. Basically bait and switch. US buyers be aware. They are based in UK and you will have to return to UK. So unless you are extremely sure about your purchase, don't buy from them and look for US sellers.

Shame they use Evri (Formerly Hermes) as their preferred courier, who are so unreliable. For this reason I will not use them again.
