I placed an order for a Garmin watch as mine had malfunctioned just before my regular Saturday match. Needing a replacement before this weeks fixture I ordered with confidence as the website blurb promised delivery within 3-5 working days. Has the watch arrived in time for my game tomorrow? Has it hell! I`ve emailed complaining about the botched delivery, and I`m awaiting a response. If the delivery dates stated were 7-10 days, I would have ordered from a different retailer. Extremely disappointed and annoyed at the deception!

Where is my order?

Placed an order 8 days ago, got a confirmation that order has been processed and will be delivered in 3-5 working days and will get an email to confirm dispatch. This email has not been sent, no delivery received so far. Only a day late at this point, but no dispatch notice, no answer from the phone, no response from messages left on the answerphone, website chat is down, emailed and no answer.

I had a problem with a Golf Bag Hood on a Golf Bag I purchased from Golf Gear Direct , I contacted them and they were quick and very professional in dealing with my problem. There are very few Companies who could match that level of customer service and where possible in the future I will try to purchase any golf equipment from them first.

Very deceiving promotion to this mystery box and even on your website the box i received was half the size of the one on your website and at best there was just over £100 pounds worth of stuff for a £100 pound mystery box i would rather have spent my money at druids for there £99 pound ambassador package I have alot of golfing friends witch won't be ordering any mystery boxes after they saw what I received

Not great. Only by chance remembered my gloves haven’t turned up, when buying more at pro shop. £60 worth of gloves, no contact, no delivery. I’ve cancelled order. Helpful guy on phone
